Obama Executive Order Instructs Federal Agencies to Experiment on Citizenry

Hold on to your hats Mr. and Ms. America. The “hope and change” wind is blowing into a hurricane using the infamous “pen and phone.” Those who are awake know our federal government conducts “social” experiments in certain venues to gauge the public reaction. While it has been seen on a somewhat limited scale (think the military, door to door extractions of individuals from their homes during the Boston bombing, etc.), “Heil Obama” announced an executive fiat on Tuesday authorizing federal agencies “to conduct behavioral experiments on US citizens in order to advance government initiatives.”

According to the Daily Caller:

“A growing body of evidence demonstrates that behavioral science insights — research findings from fields such as behavioral economics and psychology about how people make decisions and act on them — can be used to design government policies to better serve the American people,” reads the executive order, released on Tuesday.

Does anyone actually believe “behavioral experiments” on the US citizenry are about “designing government policies to better serve the American people?” Think Pavlov’s dog. And, can someone point to the Constitution and show where government has the authority to “experiment” on the citizenry in any shape, form or fashion? It’s not there. Government possesses no authority whatsoever to conduct any type of experimentation, behavioral or otherwise, on the citizens of this nation.

The Daily Caller continues:

The new program is the end result of a policy proposal the White House floated in 2013 entitled “Strengthening Federal Capacity for Behavioral Insights.”

According to a document released by the White House at that time, the program was modeled on one implemented in the UK in 2010. That initiative created a Behavioral Insights Team, which used “iterative experimentation” to test “interventions that will further advance priorities of the British government.”

The initiative draws on research from University of Chicago economist Richard Thaler and Harvard law school professor Cass Sunstein, who was also dubbed Obama’s regulatory czar. The two behavioral scientists argued in their 2008 book “Nudge” that government policies can be designed in a way that “nudges” citizens towards certain behaviors and choices.

The desired choices almost always advance the goals of the federal government, though they are often couched as ways to cut overall program spending.

In the article “Dictatorship 101 & The Crisis in America,” the phases of this path are three-fold: nudge, shove and shoot.

In the “nudge” phase, the government uses simple “incentives” to get people going down the path it wants. It might be something as simple as “Cash for Clunkers” or using anything to convince an individual to lean toward purchasing a hybrid.

The “shove” phase comes into play when the nudge phase is unsuccessful. A good example of this would be the IRS auditing of conservative organizations or delaying tax-exempt status to those organizations. It could also take the form of increases monitoring of citizens through the NSA, increasing the amount of regulations to arresting individuals whom the government perceives is out of line.

The last phase “shoot” typically occurs when the other two have failed. In this phase, individuals are either sent to internment or re-education camps or are shot.

Fox News reported on the 2013 memo at the time from the White House, which “openly admitted that the initiative involved behavioral experimentation.”

Naturally, Heir Obama promotes this “behavioral experimentation” as an altruistic government “program” to help federal agencies help people by yielding “substantial improvements in public welfare, programs outcomes, and program cost effectiveness ….” Federal agencies will “identify policies, programs, and operations where applying behavioral science insights will lead to developing “strategies for applying behavioral science insights to programs, and where possible, rigorously test and evaluate the impact of these insights.” Not surprisingly, researchers from several universities and think tanks (MIT, Harvard, the Brookings Institute) signed on to the program according to the White House fact sheet.

Obamabots, liberals, and individuals intent on destroying this nation’s republic form of government will cheer for the “behavioral experimentation” on everyone. It’s a way to use behavioral altering methods to brainwash the populace to accept the socialist/dictator agenda. Face facts friends, the citizens of this nation are nothing more than mice in a maze, Pavlov’s dog, or mice in a glass cage to study to the ones occupying elected positions and positions of power in Washington, DC.

Think back to Nazi Germany; how Hitler “nudged” the German populace to “hate” the Jews. The Jewish people were then denied their rights, segregated into ghettos, their businesses vandalized, stripped of their humanity, and ultimately, sent to the death camps where they were murdered. Germany influenced puppet French governments in occupied France to release their Jewish population for “relocation,” meaning to death camps. Those “nudges” turned to “shoving,” where Germans used public punishment against individuals to insure compliance. Eventually, Nazis “shot” those who resisted their efforts, refused to comply, or aided the Jews.

Nazi Germany conducted terrible, horrific physical experiments, as well as behavioral experiments, on Jews in concentration and death camps. Those monsters ran numerous behavioral, medical, and social experiments on the German people and military personnel as well. From history, we know the extent of the damage caused by their atrocities.

Americans experience government “psyop” operations as a matter of routine. Under the threat of another 9/11, Americans accept TSA physical assaults, NSA spying, erosion of individual God-given rights, and expansion into a police state. Government used a psychological ploy to get individuals to support banning semi-automatic rifles similar in appearance to military weapons under the misnomer “assault weapons.” Playing on sympathies and emotion, government uses incidents like Sandy Hook, Aurora and the on-air shooting of two TV reporters to push more unconstitutional gun control legislation, which leads to gun confiscation. Heir Obama fueled a lie against police officer Darren Wilson to initiate and exponentially expand racial conflict, spreading it to Baltimore and most every major city across the nation. Of course, no one can forget “Fast and Furious,” Operation Choke Point, Benghazi, Obamacare, IRS targeting of conservative groups, handling of rape accusations on college campuses, spying on and targeting news organizations and reporters, control over the mainstream media, designation of patriot groups and individuals, Christians and 71 other identifying factors as “terrorist threats,” Operation Jade Helm, and so on and so forth. But, the government is now expanding those experiments.

Some of these “experiments” will entail “content, formatting, timing and medium by which information is conveyed” taking into consideration the characteristics that influence action and comprehension. Federal agencies will “shorten wait times,” simplify forms, restructure form choices and the presentation of those forms. A change in language will expand where agencies with “fiddle with whether to label certain expenditures as ‘benefits, taxes, subsidies’ or other incentives” to promote programs more efficiently.

With the influx of illegal alien invaders and the import of Muslim terrorists disguised as “refugees,” this expansion of behavioral experimentation comes right on cue.

With this new “executive” dictatorial order, the whirlwind is unleashed meaning the government plans to step up its game in the “nudge/shove” department. Congress will remain silent signifying their complicity. States will go along, allowing the federal agencies in the States to do the emperor’s bidding, to keep the cash cow of federal dollars flowing. It leaves Americans on their own to recognize these efforts and resist.

In the 2013 Fox News Report, Michael Thomas, an economist at Utah State University, said, “I am very skeptical of promoting nudge policies. Ultimately, nudging … assumes a small group of people in government know better about choices than the individuals making them.”

Isn’t that what this is all about — securing government as the be all, end all of it all? It worked in Nazi Germany. It worked in Stalin’s communist USSR. It worked for Mao Zedong, Pol Pot and Castro. It will work here too among the sheeple thinking the federal government is the sheep dog when in actuality it is the wolf herding the sheeple into the pitfall of a one-world government where rights are determined, not by God, but by those ruling by dictatorial fiat.
