Oregon Gun Store-Owning Grandma Blasts Obama – And What She Calls Him is Hilarious

The Oregon shooting continues to open the door for people to speak out against anti-gun Marxists like Barack Hussein Obama. Not only has internet journalist Matt Drudge called out Obama’s hypocrisy as he surrounds himself with a plethora of Secret Service agents, who are armed to the teeth, but even an 86-year-old grandma, who owns a gun store in Roseberg, Oregon took on the usurper-in-chief.

Referring to Obama as the “executive anus,” Carolyn Kellim told KGW, “He has strange ideas. I don’t think he’s ever carried a gun. I’m not sure he’s ever shot one … but he seems to think that they’re bad all the way through. They’re not.”

Ms. Kellim owns a small gun store out of her home called KC’s Exchange.

However, she donates all her profits to Casa de Belen, a local charity that helps to provide transitional housing for homeless families with adolescents and homeless teens.

“I’m doing the best I can to make as much money as I can to give to a charity that works with kids and families,” Kellim told NBC News, standing behind the counter in her one-room shop crammed with rifles, handguns, ammunition and hunting accessories.

“That’s so important in today’s world. We have to take care of people that have had a bad luck stroke.”

It’s good to know that she comes from a generation that not only understands the right to keep and bear arms, but also knows how to have compassion for others.

Kellim also thinks that additional background checks and restrictions, no matter how well-intended, are not a good idea.

“I think that’s the worst thing in the world they could do,” she said. “They’ve got so many laws now that they are not even looking at, and more constraints on guns is not the answer.”

She also had some shocking words to many about Chris Harper Mercer, the 26-year-old gunman who took 9 lives last week at an Oregon College.

“How can you hate him? You don’t know him,” she said. “He was just a child … He probably had his ups and downs, mostly downs. How are you going to come out of that if someone doesn’t care.”

“The thing that we need to do … we need to love people a heck of a lot more and make sure that all of our people in this community are accepted and that they have friends and that they have somebody maybe to just sit down and talk to,” she said.

“I think you’ll find that you’ll get a lot better response from just loving people than you will from trying to find fault with them and trying to keep them controlled. Control is for animals. It’s not for humans.”

I agree, control is for animals, not humans. I also agree that loving one another is more than just giving a hug or providing sentiments. Sometimes love often has to discipline, confront and correct. Sometimes it has to be patient and kind. And yes, sometimes love actually has to engage in violence in order to stop those who seek the harm of others.

As for Ms. Kellim, I think her story and what she does is worthy of mention and duplication by many of us in America. May God bless all her efforts.
