Conservatives Of The Day Are Selling Governor Kristi Noem To You As ‘Savage’, A Warrior For The GOP – Think Again! Another Politician Exposed

“Politics is too serious a matter to be left to the politicians.” -Charles de Gaulle

When it comes to the likes of Governors Ron DeSantis, Gregg Abbott and Kristi Noem, one must ask themselves, that is if they really believe that these are freedom fighters, where are they getting their information from (Micah 6:16)?  Is it from the Mockingbird, CIA-controlled media, which 94% of the people claim that they do not believe (Romans 1:18)?  It’s hypocritical and shameful, to say the least (Matthew 5:13).

Speaking of Governor of South Dakota Kristi Noem, some might say, “She is not perfect.”  No, but the law that she swore to uphold is perfect.  Furthermore, Kristi Noem is not only not upholding the laws found within the U.S. Constitution, she is transgressing the law by creating what she calls “executive orders” that undermine the very laws that she is to uphold (Numbers 30:2; Deuteronomy 23:23).

This woman loves to hail herself of deeds that she is not responsible for doing (Proverbs 16:18). For example, she tells the people of her state that she did not shut down the operations during the created “plandemic,” but that is exactly what she did (Isaiah 5:20).

  1. “We did not mandate that any businesses close” – Governor Noem, May 12, 2020, Fox News Interview “In South Dakota, we got a little bit more attention… for not ever closing businesses” – Governor Kristi Noem, MidWestern Legislative Conference, July 13, 2021
    1. “A look at Gov. Noem’s claim that SD ‘never shut down’ for COVID,” Christopher Vondracek, Mitchell Republic, Jul. 15, 2021.
      1. As noted by the article, nearly 30 Executive Orders were issued in 2020 during the COVID-19 period and many of them were “stay-at-home orders, and she conveniently forgets that,” as Rep. Linda Duba refers to Kristi Noem’s forgetfulness.
    2. “Coronavirus: Huron closes bars and restaurants after more cases reported,” Jonathan Ellis, Argus Leader, Mar. 22, 2020.

Governor Noem and Sioux Falls Mayor TenHaken, wrote Smithfield Foods CEO Ken Sullivan to “recommend that Smithfield suspend operations for a minimum of 14 days as soon as possible to protect your employees, their families, the Sioux Falls community and the State of South Dakota … We are also asking for full transparency on the actions you are and will be taking to ensure the safety of your employees and the people of South Dakota … this is your moment to take swift action.”
  2. “For those of you who don’t know, South Dakota is the only state in America that never ordered a single business or church to close, we never instituted a shelter-in-place order … We never even defined what an essential business is, because I don’t believe Governors have the authority to tell you that your business isn’t essential.” – Governor Kristi Noem, 2021 CPAC Conference, February 27, 2021
    1. “State of South Dakota, Office of the Governor, Executive Order 2020-13,” Office of the Secretary of State, Apr. 6, 2020.
      1. “This order shall apply to residents and visitors of Minnehaha and Lincoln Counties … adults over the age of sixty-five (65) and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions, collectively referred to as ‘Vulnerable Individuals,” shall stay at home or a place of residence if possible, except for vulnerable individuals to work in a critical infrastructure sector job or conduct essential errands. … Nothing in this Executive Order prohibits patronizing businesses or organizations that offer essential services for errands and that have complied with the recommended CDC guidelines.”
    2. Senate Bill 191, “An Act to provide emergency authority to counties, community improvement districts, and municipalities in the event of a public health crisis and to declare an emergency.”

      1. This bill would have in effect given all levels of government the authority to enact shutdowns, business closures, or any other emergency act to “promote the health of the citizens.” The main supporter of this legislation was Matthew McCaulley as outside legal counsel on behalf of Governor Kristi Noem, listed in the journal as representing “Office of the Governor,” who on record stated that “the Governor’s office is now in full support of 191.” McCaulley summarized the intent of the bill as follows:

“Provides needed clarity in two important areas, it authorizes Counties to enact ordinances on parity, and two it Clarifies the ability of cities to enact ordinances in these areas of health and suppression of diseases as well.” (See SB 191 – Matt McCaulley Introduction.mp3)

Fortunately, it was our elected representatives that ultimately were the reason South Dakota did not fully shutdown.  In fact, Representative Jon Hansen explained in detail how such draconian measures could result in liability to the state under a Section 1983 claim for deprivation of Constitutional rights of citizens by a government entity. (Rep Hansen Sec 1983 explanation & introduction of amendment 191K.mp3)

  1. “In South Dakota, we’re celebrating #InternationalWomensDay by defending women’s sports! I’m excited to sign this bill very soon.” – Governor Kristi Noem, Mar. 8, 2021, Twitter.

    1. “Senate Majority Leader not worried about any potential fallout from transgender ban on women’s sports; Gov. Noem defends HB 1217,” Eric Mayer, KELOLAND, Mar. 11, 2021.
    2. “LIVE: Legislative press conference for the last week of session,” Governor Kristi Noem, Facebook, Mar. 11, 2021.
      1. “It will insure that girls participate in girls sports, and going forward that fairness is there that was promised by Title IX and what it means to enforcing that in regards to our Constitution as well.”

    4. “Vote to pass the governor’s style and form veto on the Fairness for Woemn’s Sports bill fails 2-67. The bill now goes back to the governor for her to either sign or veto. House believes her style-and-form is unconstitutional.” – Representative Fred Deutsch, Mar 29, 2021, Twitter.
    5. “Noem pitches transgender sports ban; lawmakers say not now,” Stephen Groves, Associated Press, Apr 7, 2021.

    6. “Tucker Carlson presses Kristi Noem on why she vetoed transgender sports bill,” Fox News YouTube, Mar 22, 2021.
      1. CARLSON: “So you’re saying the NCAA threatened you, and you don’t think you can win that fight. They said if you sign this, we won’t allot girls in South Dakota to play, and you don’t think you can win in court, even though the public overwhelmingly supports you nationally. And so you’re caving to the NCAA, I think that’s what you’re saying.  You vetoed the bill.”  NOEM: “I did not veto the bill, I did a style and reform revision and asked the legislature to change it, so I could win.”
      1. South Dakota Constitution Article 4 § 4, “Veto Power … Bills with errors in style or form may be returned to the Legislature by the Governor with specific recommendations for change. Bills returned shall be treated in the same manner as vetoed bills except that specific recommendations for change as to style or form may be approved by a majority vote of all the members of each house. If the Governor certifies that the bill conforms with the Governor’s specific recommendations, the bill shall become law. If the Governor fails to certify the bill, it shall be returned to the Legislature as a vetoed bill.”

She is like any other politician that is pushing forward the global narrative in hopes of tearing down the Constitution and putting one up in their own ungodly image (John 8:44)!

Most recently, she was hanging out with the likes of the National Rifle Association (NRA), an organization that is known for fraternizing with those who are giving America’s God-given rights away through political compromise (Luke 22:48) in signing another executive order on the behalf of law-abiding gun owners being discriminated against.  I do not understand why she would have to do that due to the fact that we already have the 2nd Amendment in the first place.  It’s all a dog a pony show, friends, nothing more and nothing less.  Of course, this only works on those who do not know the lawful difference (Hosea 4:6).

Oh Kristi, Kristi, you who sell yourself to the people in contrast to what and who you really are.  Now they know (Luke 12:2).
