DOJ ‘Suddenly’ Discovers Biden’s Transcripts

The past few days. What an incredible coincidence.

Amazing how dropping out of the race can turn up documents.

Now that the regime is no longer tasked with shielding Biden as its nominee, there’s no telling what will come to light.

The Justice Department told a federal judge late Monday that it has located transcripts it previously denied having of President Joe Biden’s talks with a biographer that played a role in the recently completed criminal investigation into Biden’s handling of classified material before he became president.

“We don’t have some transcript that’s been created by the special counsel that we can attest to its accuracy,” Justice Department lawyer Cameron Silverberg told Friedrich at the June 18 hearing on a suit brought by the conservative Heritage Foundation.

“In the past few days…the Department located six electronic files, consisting of a total of 117 pages, that appeared to be verbatim transcripts of a small subset of the Biden-Zwonitzer audio recordings created for the SCO by a court-reporting service,” Silverberg wrote in the new filing.

The past few days. What an incredible coincidence.

But this is also why Biden was a sad fool to drop out. Not only did his party stab him in the back, but it’s now much less interested in protecting him or his kin. A whole lot of Dems, in the party and the media, shivved the Clintons on the way out the door of the White House and began treating them like criminals until Hillary Clinton successfully got into the Senate and the family became political power players. (And since then that brief outburst of party honesty has never been repeated again.)

Since Hunter and Jill aren’t likely to repeat that trick, Biden may be in for a rough ride.
