While others, including conservative talking heads, President Trump and conservative commentators simply whine about being censored by corporate owned and CIA-funded big tech companies, investigative journalist Laura Loomer is doing what they will not do:  taking it to those corporations for their violations of the public trust via a lawsuit.  Loomer has won her appeal against Big Tech giants Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter, and will see them at trial.

The story came down on Wednesday via LauraLoomer.us.

Laura Loomer has won her appeal against Big Tech giants Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter, and will see her day against them in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

Loomer is suing the Big Tech giants for conspiring to suppress her speech because of her political views. Loomer has been banned from Facebook and Twitter.

The District Court for the District of Columbia had dismissed Loomer’s lawsuit, but on appeal Loomer and the nonprofit group Freedom Watch prevailed over the Big Tech companies, which must now face Loomer at trial.

“In layman’s terms, this means Laura Loomer has a real case,” attorney Mike Cernovich declared.

“You won’t see any mainstream coverage of Laura Loomer’s lawsuit vs. Google.  Like always, they’ll do stories for days about Tweets, but when a lawsuit is going up in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, an actual Big Deal, you get nada,” he tweeted.

“In a huge procedural win for Laura Loomer, the D.C. Court of Appeals has agreed to hear the merits of her lawsuit against Google,” Cernovich added.

In her lawsuit, Loomer alleges violations of antitrust laws, the First Amendment (which is really a bad point since it only deals with Congress), and the DC Human rights Act via collusion to suppress conservative content.

Of course, this is a huge win for Loomer who is know for her gutsy, guerilla-style reporting and confronting the corrupt in government.

She has been banned on every major social media platform, being declared “dangerous.”  Yes, more dangerous than the corrupt politicians she exposes… more dangerous than Islamic jihadis… more dangerous than globalists… more dangerous than abortion doctors.  You get the point.

Loomer is declared to be “The Most Banned Woman In the World.” Yet, when she comes on the scene, she trends on Twitter, Facebook and Google.

There’s clearly more than one way to skin a cat.

The list off anti-free speech corporations that have banned Loomer include:

  • Twitter
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Periscope
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • GoFundMe
  • Chase Bank
  • Uber
  • Uber Eats
  • Lyft
  • Medium
  • TeeSpring

In July, Loomer filed a $3 billion lawsuit against Facebook.

Larry Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch and a former federal prosecutor announced the filing of a defamation lawsuit by conservative investigative journalist Laura Loomer against Facebook. The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Case No. 9:19-cv-80893), alleges that Facebook and its wholly owned sister company Instagram, in banning Ms. Loomer from the social media sites, maliciously defamed her by publishing that she is a “dangerous individual” and a domestic Jewish terrorist.

On May 2, 2019, Facebook banned Loomer from Facebook and Instagram. At the time of the ban, Loomer had nearly 100,000 followers on Facebook, and over 120,000 on Instagram, which is owned by Facebook.

The banning of Loomer, along with several other high profile conservatives sparked international outrage, as users wondered how Facebook could claim that Loomer and others were more “dangerous” than terrorist groups like ANTIFA and ISIS, which have accounts on Facebook and Instagram.

While I think Klayman is a corrupt man and is an ambulance chaser and friends have warned Loomer about him,  he did have this to say, “Laura Loomer is an American heroine, who puts principle ahead of her own safety and well being. By calling Ms. Loomer dangerous and banning her from Facebook and its related wholly owned and controlled entity Instagram, the companies have not only maliciously defamed her but in effect issued another Intifada to harm her for criticism of Reps. Omar and Tlaib and their blatant anti-Semitism. This will not stand and Facebook will be made to pay dearly for its actions.”

One thing is for sure, if Klayman doesn’t deliver the goods, and I don’t expect him to do so, her will regret that day he knew the name Laura Loomer because she will go after him in the same manner she has gone after these corporations.

By the way, in February of this year, the longest held journalist in American history, Pete Santilli, filed an ethics complaint against Klayman to the DC Disciplinary Counsel seeking to bar Klayman.
