MS-13 Gang Member Arrested In US – Wanted for Murder In Home Country
We continue to see illegal aliens, including gang members with criminal histories pouring into the united States. The latest to turn up is an MS-13 gang member who was wanted for murder in his home country of El Salvador, but was apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Ohio.
Santos Ceferino Amaya-Cruz, 35, who was deported twice (begging the question as to whether deportation works or not), according to ICE.

Santos Ceferino Amaya-Cruz, 35, an active MS-13 gang member, has been removed from the U.S. on two prior occasions, most recently in 2017. He is the subject of an Interpol Red Notice.
Amaya-Cruz was charged by Salvadoran authorities Jan. 24, 2018, with organized terrorism (gang membership), aggravated homicide, creating danger to national security and public peace. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.
The gang member was arrested along with other foreign nationals from at least 22 countries during ICE sweeps in Ohio and Michigan targeting “at-large criminal aliens, illegal reentrants and other immigration violators,” the agency reported.
“From Feb. 1-7, ICE arrested 75 foreign nationals, 70 percent of whom had prior arrests and/or criminal convictions.”
Why don’t we start implementing real justice?
While this man is certainly wanted for homicide in his own country and that is beyond our jurisdiction, why don’t we start dealing with those, whether legal aliens, illegal aliens or citizens, who commit these crimes with swift and just punishments, like the death penalty.
After all, if they like it here so much in America to not only violate our laws but to engage in capital crimes, why not bury them here permanently and save Americans a boatload of money and time?
Additionally, make that punishment public so that every other murderer, rapist, molester, trafficker, sodomite and kidnapper thinks ten times before coming to the US to engage in their criminal behavior.
