To prevent mentally ill people from owning firearms is a severe form of “ableist” discrimination, and also opens the door for nearly anyone to be classified as mentally ill.

American producer, writer, political activist, and commentator Austin Petersen is fed up with hearing the whining from the little Communists and the big ones in our country as they attack our God-given rights and our Constitution. He has watched as they have advanced their agenda in DC and in the states and wants to stop playing defense with those who attack the Second Amendment and start playing offense.

Dangerous hypocrisy was on display yesterday as multiple politicians marched to advocate of stripping you of your gun rights while they were completely surrounded by guns.

If you want young people who grow up seeing themselves as prisoners, run the schools like prisons. If, on the other hand, you want to raise up a generation of freedom fighters, who will actually operate with justice, fairness, accountability and equality towards each other and their government, then run the schools like freedom forums.

There were four armed police officers, including one cop who was assigned to the school as a resource officer, on campus during the Florida school shooting. All four cops stayed outside the school with their weapons drawn (three of them hid behind their police cars). Seventeen people, most of them teenagers, died while the cops opted not to intervene. Let that sink in a moment.

We have a toxic stew in our society, where our schools have so often been turned into zones where Judeo-Christian morality is generally not allowed.

Is a conspiracy in the Florida shooting so far-fetched here, America?  Or have Americans become so blind and enslaved they don’t even recognize how late the hour actually is?

Gun control isn’t a policy. It’s a moral panic. Like prohibition, it’s a xenophobic reaction to a different culture that shares the same country with them. Guns have come to embody a rural conservative culture in the minds of urban leftists the way that alcohol once embodied foreign immigrants to prohibition activists and the way that drugs represented urban decadence to rural America.

We cannot stop mass shootings by banning guns. We need to look seriously into the psychotropic drugs that more and more Americans are being prescribed. We need to demand that our elected Representatives demand a real day of reckoning at the FBI. We need to keep focused and ignore those who politicize such events.

Government caused the problem of school shootings by turning schools into gun free zones. They are allowing the problem to grow and create trauma in people’s minds by not doing the one thing they know will stop it: Teaching the truth about America’s gun culture and encouraging citizen vigilance.
