Did these people learn nothing from Steven Myhre’s violations of the rights of the defendants and the law in the Bundy Ranch case? 

A bombshell was delivered by the prosecution in which they alleged that a total of eight shots were fired, but only two shell casings were recovered.  They claim that Astarita took that other six shell casings.

Todd was the one on the bridge begging for help from the ones in a law enforcement uniform. The same ones who testified under oath that he was “helpful.”

Bundy is calling on jurors and asking them in light of the fact the prosecution kept evidence from them in their determining the guilt of a couple of defendants, would their verdict remain the same had they been allowed to see that evidence?

It’s time President Trump do the right thing.  This is not a hard decision.

These men are the furthest thing from terrorists.  They are hard-working, family ranchers who simply were doing their job.

Ryan Bundy paints a picture of the union as a piece of cloth in which the fabric is the states and they are simply held together by the thread of the federal government and the fibers contained are the people, but the federal government is no the focus, the individual states are. 

A demotion of Mr. Mhyre is not enough.  He must be held criminally responsible for his violations of the law and the rights of those he was seeking to prosecute in Nevada.
