Trump Creating DOGE With Musk & Ramaswamy At Helm – So Much Wrong With This!

Donald Trump has not even taken the oath of office yet and already has violated the Constitution for the united States of America. Yes, you read that correctly. Trump recently established the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Heading this newly established department will be Vivek Ramaswamy, former ineligible presidential candidate, and Elon Musk, head of Tesla and SpaceX. According to the cited source, “Their roles will involve streamlining government operations by reducing regulations, eliminating unnecessary expenses, and reorganizing federal agencies.”

The statement from president-elect Trump follows.

I am pleased to announce that the Great Elon Musk. working in conjunction with American Patriot Vivek Ramaswamy, will lead the Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”). Together, these two wonderful Americans will pave the way for my Administration to dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures and restructure Federal Agencies – Essential to the “Save America Movement. “This will send shockwaves through the system, and anyone in Government waste, which is a lot of people!” stated Mr. Musk.

It will become potentially “The Manhattan Project” of our time. Republican politicians have dreamed about the “DOGE” for a very long time. To drive this kind of drastic change, the Department of Government Efficiency will provide advice and guidance from outside of Government, and will partner with the White House and Office of Management & Budget to drive large scale structural reform, and create an entrepreneurial approach to Government never seen before.

I look forward to Elon and Vivek making changes to the Federal Bureaucracy with an eye on efficiency and, at the same time, making life better for all Americans. Importantly, we will drive out the massive waste and fraud which exists throughout our annual $6.5 Trillion Dollars of Government Spending. They will work together to liberate our Economy, and make the U.S. Government accountable to “WE THE PEOPLE.” Their work will conclude no later than July 4, 2026 – A smaller Government, with more efficiency and less bureaucracy, will be the perfect gift to America on the 250th Anniversary of The Declaration of Independence. I am confident they will succeed!

There is so much wrong with this statement, but typical of Donald Trump. Let’s begin to unpack the statement.

First, the statement calls Elon Musk “Great” and Vivek Ramaswamy an “American Patriot”. What is “great” about Elon Musk? He’s the one that wants to put “chips” in everyone’s brain! And, when did the Obama, Clinton, Biden supporting Musk switch sides and why? Vivek Ramaswamy, who is called an “American Patriot”, was not qualified to be a presidential candidate since he is not a natural-born citizen as required by the Constitution. Ramaswamy admitted in an NBC news article that his father was not a US citizen and never took the citizenship test. His mother didn’t become a citizen until AFTER he was born. The article even admits that Ramaswamy was born in the US to two non-citizen parents, noting his parents immigrated legally. At best, Ramaswamy is an anchor baby. Wouldn’t an “American Patriot” know the Constitution and requirements for presidential candidacy? Ted Cruz did but threw his hat in the presidential ring anyway, along with anchor baby Marco Rubio.

Yep, these two picks by Trump signal “America First” all right. (sarcasm)

For someone who is “America First”, Trump is “creating” a new government bureaucracy called the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Where in the Constitution is THAT authorized? Congress has the power of the purse, which then translates into the authority of Congress to have the power of government efficiency. It is the authority of Congress to cut wasteful expenditures through only funding those agencies authorized by the Constitution and spending regarding constitutionally authorized expenditures. It is the Congress that is to structure and/or restructure federal agencies authorized in the Constitution – not the president. The president is to faithfully execute the law – the Constitution. Trump didn’t do that the first time. So far, he isn’t doing it now either.

The statement indicated this DOGE will “potentially” become “The Manhattan Project” of our time. Does anyone remember what “The Manhattan Project” did? It was the government development of the atomic bomb done in secret.

In his statement, Trump claimed, “Republican politicians have dreamed of ‘DOGE’ for a very long time”. Seriously? Republicans have been just as bad as Democrats when it comes to unconstitutional spending and the creation of unconstitutional government agencies. The “two wings of the same bird” or the uniparty, unconstitutional as they are, have zero interest in “government efficiency”, slashing excess regulations, or cutting wasteful expenditures. In fact, they increase inefficiency, allow crafting of excessive regulations, and increase wasteful expenditures all for the military-industrial complex, Big Pharma complex, the scientific-industrial complex, the medical-industrial complex, and a host of other complexes that receive unconstitutional funding.

“Large scale structural reform” always amounts to more government bureaucracy. And, what is an entrepreneurial approach to government? That is not explained; but, you can bet it will result in more, not less, government that will ensnare and enslave the people. Remember, in order to do all of this, Congress has to legislate it all. Does anyone believe that is going to happen? These politicians are not going to bite the hands that feed them – donors, lobbyists, political cronies, etc. If Congress doesn’t legislate it, how does Trump propose to do any of it? More than likely he will use his “pen and phone” like Obama – misuse and abuse of executive orders – to get the job done.

Since when is the government responsible for the “economy”? It is not authorized in the Constitution for government to be responsible for the economy. The US government is already accountable to the people. The people have failed in their job to hold those in government positions accountable for their malfeasance. Interestingly, this “Financial Manhattan Project” is to be completed no later than July 4, 2026. That date was not picked by accident. Pledging smaller government with less bureaucracy on the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence has significance, and not a pleasant one.

Nothing is explained as to how this is to be accomplished, only the statement of confidence that Musk and Ramaswamy will succeed. It would be beneficial to know what they would “succeed” in doing.

Many of us could have saved Trump some time, government over-bloat, and wasteful spending by instructing him on the Constitution and the duties of the president. You want to stop wasteful spending? Stop signing over bloated unconstitutional spending bills. Only sign spending bills that fund constitutional agencies. You want to increase government efficiency? Use executive orders appropriately by instructing unconstitutional agencies to cease enforcing their unlawful regulations. You want to lessen bureaucracy? Dismantle unconstitutional agencies. Any legislation passed that is contrary to the Constitution is null and void. Enforce the Constitution and laws passed that are in congruence with it.

There ya go Mr. Trump! Fixed it for you and it only took a few minutes.

We all know the simple solution is not going to happen. Trump is already filling positions with swamp creatures. Yes, some have been indicated as “from the outside”, but all are swamp creatures or they would not have been picked. Congress is not going to go along and neither is anyone in any unconstitutional agency. It will be another “dog and pony show” by the clowns in the “circus of politics” who engage in the WWE fictitious rivalry. But, the “father of the vaccine”, who brought you death, destruction, and injury, has spoken a plethora of vomit as the unwitting dogs go to lap it up – again. Sorry to all you wonderful canine fur babies out there who don’t lap up vomit, but there are some that do and there was no other example to use.
