Friends, Americans, you cannot say that you were not warned. “The US government will provide approximately $590 million to Moderna to accelerate the development of ‘mRNA-based pandemic influenza vaccines’” according to a report by 100percentfedup.com.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced the funding.

“The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will provide approximately $590 million to Moderna to accelerate the development of mRNA-based pandemic influenza vaccines and enhance mRNA platform capabilities so that the U.S. is better prepared to respond to other emerging infectious diseases,” HHS stated.

“The award was made through the Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle (RRPV) Consortium with funding from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), part of the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR),” HHS continued.

“This funding allows Moderna to accelerate development of an H5N1 mRNA influenza vaccine that is well matched to strains currently circulating in cows and birds and expands the clinical data supporting the use of mRNA vaccines that may be needed if other influenza strains emerge with pandemic potential,” it added.

“Avian flu variants have proven to be particularly unpredictable and dangerous to humans in the past. That is why this response has been a top priority for the Biden-Harris Administration and HHS,” said HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra.

“Accelerating the development of new vaccines will allow us to stay ahead and ensure that Americans have the tools they need to stay safe,” he added.

If you recall the article “Could These Be The Next Scamdemics? Two New Avian Influenza Viruses Alleged To Have Jump From Birds To Humans” at The Sons of Liberty Media in June of 2021, several avian influenza “viruses” were presented as possibilities for scam-demics. The ones specifically covered in the article were H5N1, H9N7 (keep this one in mind), H5N8, H7N4, and H10N3. As we are seeing, it is H5N1 that is now being promoted for an mRNA gene therapy bioweapon.

The reason the mRNA platform is being promoted is because the current US stockpile of vaccines are made with “older technology”. Many have speculated and hypothesized the mRNA technology will now be used for every “vaccine” known to man since the current products are made using “older technology”. It appears this is no longer speculation or hypothesis.

Moderna’s influenza vaccine candidate uses conventional mRNA technology that was leveraged successfully during the COVID-19 response, resulting in one of the first two FDA-authorized – and ultimately FDA-licensed – COVID-19 vaccines. [Referencing the H5N1 influenza]

In 2023, BARDA began working with Moderna to help develop mRNA vaccine to prepare for potential public health emergencies (PHEs) caused by influenza viruses, such as avian influenza A(H5N1).

In addition, Moderna will design and test an H7N9 mRNA pandemic influenza vaccine in a phase 3 clinical study. If successful, this vaccine potentially could become the first licensed for H7N9. [Emphasis Mine]

Moderna also will design up to four additional novel pandemic influenza vaccines and test preliminary safety and immunogenicity (generating an immune system response) in phase 1 clinical studies.  This work will create the necessary background data to enable accelerated development of an mRNA vaccine targeted to various influenza virus subtypes of pandemic potential. This approach takes advantage of the versatility of Moderna’s mRNA platform, leveraging an existing manufacturing platform capability to support product development across multiple health threats. Moderna is designing and will test an mRNA platform H7N9 pandemic influenza bioweapon. Could three of the other four mRNA platform bioweapons Moderna will design be H10N3, H5N8, and H7N4?

According to Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response Dawn O’Connell, “The award made today is part of the ASPR’s commitment to strengthening pandemic preparedness through investments in innovative technology such as mRNA vaccines. mRNA technology will complement existing vaccine technology, allowing us to move faster and better target emerging viruses to protect Americans against future pandemics.”

Strategic Preparedness and Response sounds very similar to PREP.

The RRPV is a 10-year, multi-purpose acquisition vehicle and consortium partnership designed to support advanced research and development of medical countermeasures, such as vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. The consortium leverages BARDA’s authority to create flexible, strategic partnerships between government and industry that foster innovation and promote collaboration. BARDA also is providing funding to the RRPV for development of additional mRNA platform capacities. [Emphasis mine]

This award is the latest component of the BARDA Influenza and Emerging Infectious Diseases Division’s medical countermeasure portfolio. [Emphasis mine]

Medical countermeasure is a term used in the PREP Act.

The article “Louisiana Man With Supposed Bird Flu Dies” at The Sons of Liberty Media appearing January 8, 2025, contained these two paragraphs.

In a report at CNN, as reported by The Defender, a genetic analysis conducted last month by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) determined “the virus that infected the Louisiana man mutated, enhancing its ability to infect the upper airways of humans.”

This is very convenient because it means the current H5N1 vaccine candidates approved by the FDA would not be effective against this supposed mutation or the “current variant”. No vaccine has ever been proven safe or effective. Readers of The Sons of Liberty Media should be able to see what is occurring.

Out with the “older technology” the national stockpile H5N1 vaccines used due to mutation and in with the new mRNA platform for H5N1 shots. What readers should have been able to see was the “tee up” for mRNA platform H5N1 gene therapy bioweapons.

Dr. Lena Wen has been hawking on “vaccines” for H5N1 bird flu while attempting to stir the fear pot among the public.

Naturally, CNN fanned the flames over the death of the Louisiana man who supposedly died with bird flu.

Avian influenza, or bird flu, is a broad term that refers to several types of influenza that normally infect birds. The H5N1 virus has raised concern among health officials because it has sickened dozens of people in the United States over the past several months; the first human death from a severe case of the virus was reported in Louisiana this month. Conveniently, CNN forgot to mention the Louisiana man had underlying medical conditions, which could have contributed to his death, meaning he died with bird flu, not from bird flu.

And, what was it that Dr. Peter Hotez said? “We have some big picture stuff coming down the pike starting January 21^st,” he said in an interview with MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace.

No one needs a demonic Palantir, a crystal ball, or any gift of prophecy to see what is occurring. Those who spent the almost four years of the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic researching and documenting the playbook saw it coming with some type of avian influenza “virus” some time back. And, those watching the roll-out of the mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots knew this “platform” or new technology would be used for every imaginable “vaccine” in the future. Now, it looks as though older vaccines for some illnesses, H5N1, are being revamped using the mRNA platform. Other vaccines using older technology is soon to be targeted for replacement with the mRNA platform.

Friends, Americans, you saw what happened with the CONvid-1984 mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots. The deaths and injuries are still occurring. The push is going to be on for people to take the mRNA gene therapy H5N1 bioweapon shot, when Moderna gets it released. It is possible a “pandemic” will be declared to get emergency use authorization to use the product until it receives “formal” approval and have the bioweapon fall under the PREP Act. The proverbial genie was released from the bottle and he ain’t going back in.

Medical professionals succumbed to a “mandate” to take an annual influenza vaccine back in 2009 as a condition of employment. You can bet this H5N1 mRNA technology platform shot will be mandated as well under the auspices of “flu”.

It cannot be stressed enough that there will be a repeat of death and injury with the mRNA platform shot for H5N1 being developed by Moderna at the behest of the government. It appears to be the norm for that technology. While many were sympathetic to those who took the CONvid-1984 mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shot out of fear, it will be difficult to summon sympathy or empathy for anyone who voluntarily submits themselves to these clinical trials or takes these shots once released knowing what happened during the first run use of mRNA platform technology shots.

It matters not what side of the political aisle you reside.  veryone is being targeted with dangerous technology and bioweapons. Please, do your research. For goodness sakes, demand your right to proper informed consent, which includes the right to refuse. More than likely, there will be little information in a package insert with these mRNA platform H5N1 bioweapon shots. Remember, the package inserts for the CONvid-1984 mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots were blank! When in doubt, don’t! Contain your fear. Trust the one true living God, and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the only one who can save you.
