It’s interesting how little to no evidence can be produced to get a warrant to raid certain political figures and yet, when the issue of treason and real criminal activity is not only suspect, but has been in the public domain for years, the FBI and the Department of Justice simply want to “investigate” it.  Take a look at this recent development in uncovering the Biden family crime syndicate.

Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned the U.S. attorney in Chicago to review documents marked classified that were found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington, two sources with knowledge of the inquiry told CBS News. The roughly 10 documents are from President Biden’s vice-presidential office at the center, the sources said. CBS News has learned the FBI is also involved in the U.S. attorney’s inquiry.

The material was identified by personal attorneys for Mr. Biden on Nov. 2, just before the midterm elections, Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president confirmed. The documents were discovered when Mr. Biden’s personal attorneys “were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.,” Sauber said in a statement to CBS News. The documents were contained in a folder that was in a box with other unclassified papers, the sources said. The sources revealed neither what the documents contain nor their level of classification. A source familiar with the matter told CBS News the documents did not contain nuclear secrets. 

Sauber also said that on the same day the material was discovered, Nov. 2, the White House counsel’s office notified the National Archives, which took possession of the materials the following morning.

If any of you actually think Merrick Garland is going to push for impeachment and then prosecution of Joe Biden, then I have some oceanfront property in Kentucky to see you.

“The discovery of these documents was made by the President’s attorneys,” Sauber said. “The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives. Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives.”

The obvious question is, where are the FBI raids on the Biden’s in the same manner they were on say Michael Cohen, Roger Stone or Donald Trump?

Daniel Greenfield has the same question and adds:

So where are the FBI raids? The weeks of frenzied media coverage and analysis? The suggestion that this time the walls truly are closing in. Instead, the media is shrugging at it as awkward politics. And that’s it.

A lot of materials are classified. But being classified doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re especially sensitive. But the Center is closely linked to the Biden administration and key figures who are part of it.

Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, for example, was the center’s managing director in 2018. Steve Richetti, who now serves as a top White House aide to Mr. Biden, was managing director of the center in 2019.

Steve Richetti is also a major lobbyist.

Don’t expect this to lead to anything. If this was truly damaging stuff, it would have been buried much more effectively. And an inquiry will at most deliver a few fall guys. Before too long the media will be explaining that this sort of thing happens quite a bit. And that it does. We have too many classified documents and poor security. An outgoing administration making way for a political opponent is rarely on the ball.

Biden was exiting after a bitter election that his side lost. Trump was exiting after a bitter election to make way for Biden. These are not ideal conditions. But the double standard is there under every sort of condition.

Nothing will be done.  This is merely theater as the people have come to think an investigation with no results is the norm now.  This is exactly why it continues as well.
