Feds Told Sheriffs Not to Arrest Illegal Alien – He’s Now a Murder & Rape Suspect
Obama’s Border Patrol, under the direction of Homeland Secretary Jeh “I’m a voice for the plight of Muslims” Johnson, told Ohio Sheriff’s deputies not to detain Juan Emmanuel Razo back on July 7, 2015. On Monday, he was arrested after a shootout with police for the attempted murder of a 40-year-old woman. He is also a suspect in the murder of a 60-year-old woman and the attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl.
So, why did Border Patrol not do their job, namely enforce immigration laws concerning Razo? According to WKYC:
Channel 3 News has obtained a three-page report from Lake County Sheriff’s deputies which detail their July 7 encounter with Juan Emmanuel Razo.
According to the report, Razo, 35, admitted being in the country illegally. However, U.S. Border Patrol officials declined to take custody of Razo, the report shows.
The deputy’s report shows that Razo was questioned about 8:30 p.m. while parked inside a vehicle stopped in a vacant lot on Casement Avenue in Painesville Township.
At one point, Razo refused to identify himself, the deputy wrote.
“[Razo] was secured while we spoke with …U.S. Border Patrol, who later decided not to respond to take [Razo] into custody,” the deputy wrote in his report. “[Razo] was warned not to return to this property. We cleared.”
It is unclear why Border Patrol refused to take Razo into custody. Calls to federal officials were not immediately returned Tuesday. Deputies said they had no charges on which to hold Razo and he was subsequently released.
Lake County Sheriff Daniel Dunlap would not comment on the July 7 report.

According to Cleveland.com, Razo’s nation of origin is unknown. The outlet went on to report:
Rangers at the Lake MetroParks received the first call about Razo about 10:45 a.m. A 14-year-old girl told the rangers that he tried to rape her at Helen Wyman Park in Concord Township.
Officials searched Razo’s home on Lusard Street in Painesville but didn’t find him. They towed his vehicle.
As rangers worked to secure an arrest warrant, sheriff’s deputies were called at 2:45 p.m. to the Lake Metroparks Greenway Corridor for a report of gunfire on a bike path. The location of the shooting was less than a mile from Helen Wyman Park.
Razo fired five shots at a 40-year-old Painesville woman and her two children as they walked along the bike path, police said. One shot struck the woman in the arm, and she was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.
Park rangers, sheriff’s deputies and officers from several Lake County police departments canvased the area for the gunman.
Shortly after 4 p.m., a deputy was approached by Kostelnik’s husband. He said he found his wife shot to death inside their home on the 6200 block of Ravenna Road. The house sits directly behind the area of Greenway Trail and the site of the earlier shooting.
As detectives worked that case, a man called to report that a man, Razo, was standing in his back yard with a rifle. Police responded and Razo pointed his gun at them, apparently firing. Three officers returned fire and Razo eventually surrendered without being shot.
Bond was set for $10 million on Razo.
This is just more evidence that Donald Trump is right about illegal aliens being allowed to enter the US and remain here and more evidence why the notorious Gang of Eight’s immigration bill was an attempt at legalizing such criminals.
Border Patrol agents have pointed out that the administration is not being truthful with the public concerning those crossing the border. They have claimed that they are being stripped of their weapons, making them vulnerable to attacks by illegal aliens, being forced to release illegal alien drunk drivers, admitted murderers, and even participated in the orchestrated invasion last year of tens of thousands of illegal aliens.
One wonders if they would have did their jobs and turned the illegals around last year when they were crossing, in defiance of the Obama administration, if we would be where we are in this country right now.
