I’ve had a couple of interviews on The Sons of Liberty radio with James Roguski regarding the World Health Organization’s (WHO) terrorist attacks on our bodily autonomy, as well as the differences between the WHO treaty and the International Health Regulations that are being proposed for all the world to bow the knee.  Recently, we covered the fact that so-called “experts in the United Kingdom want to create another fraudulent, unsafe and ineffective “vaccine in 100 day for the next plandemic.  How do they know how to create their alleged “cures” when they don’t even know what they are dealing with… or do they and does it even matter considering the terrible history of “vaccines”?

Enter the federal government’s unconstitutional Health and Human Services Department’s Administration for Strategic Preparedness & Response (ASPR).

In a letter on that agency’s website, the ASPR laid out their “Strategic Plan” for 2022-2026:

Today, the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is working on more high-consequence, no-fail missions than ever before. We are living in an increasingly interconnected world where diseases and other threats can travel quickly, unnoticed for days. In addition, infectious disease outbreaks are becoming more frequent and natural disasters more deadly as a result of the increasing changes to our climate. ASPR’s growing mission, while a reflection of the world in which we live, is also a testament to the strength and dedication of our team—our greatest asset. To keep up with the evolving threat landscape, ASPR must remain nimble and ever vigilant while learning from each response it leads. This document lays out ASPR’s strategic goals and objectives and reflects the approach we will take to help the country prepare for, respond to, and recover from whatever comes next—no matter what that might be.

In recognition of the increasing magnitude and scope of what we do, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra recently elevated ASPR from an HHS Staff Division to an Operating Division (OpDiv) and renamed us the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response. Becoming an OpDiv gives ASPR additional administrative tools to enhance our ability to respond to current and future public health emergencies. We will use those new tools to grow our capabilities and strengthen our foundation to ensure we continue to meet every challenge effectively and efficiently.

As ASPR continues to grow and adapt to an ever-expanding threat landscape and mission space, we will not leave anyone behind. The impact of public health emergencies on at-risk individuals and underserved communities is often more severe and prolonged than the impact on other communities. As a country we are not fully prepared for, or able to respond to, and recover from emergencies until every person in each of our communities is included and accounted for in our preparedness, response, and recovery efforts.

Forget the fact that not one thing mentioned here, including the department itself is mentioned in Article I as part of what the People granted Congress could write law on and fund.

In commenting on ASPR’s plan, The Everyday Concerned Citizen writes:

Strategic plans now exist to plan for “public health emergencies” both in the USA and worldwide, as many recent disclosures from the US Health and Human Services department reveal.

Why exactly health becomes “public health” and how exactly “emergencies” have suddenly come to the fore remain eternal mysteries to some of us–they must continually be questioned.

Clinical trials and Medical Counter Measures have become a growing industry now in many parts of the world, and bolster the growing infrastructure of “global health security” and “pandemic preparedness” drawn into being by the WEF, WHO, and leading Western and Eastern governments and militaries, as surfaced here.

An industry which manufactures tests, vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics is an industry which seeks to entrench itself, which means one has to continually question such new outbreaks as mentioned now in Africa and elsewhere.

National Stockpile Numbers point to such expansion of industry while the Strategic National Stockpile in the US connecting with corporations globally to increase MCM manufacture can only point to further stratification of supply chains and warehouses, factories and laboratories, auguring an extraordinary return of Empire.

Quite apart from the implications of further gene modification and cyborgizing through mRNA and nanobioelectronic inclusions in future vaccines and tests (speculations based on findings in the COVID-19 vaccines and tests noted here and in the reports of other astute journalists and physicians worldwide) which is essentially the pointer to transhumanism-by-stealth, it is interesting to note the order and intensity by which these planned pandemics aim to infect our lives–Ebola, Sudan, Marburg mentioned here in this April press release from ASPR (the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, now bristling with Offices to ensure planning, industry, and research, all questionable).

The last plandemic was just that, a planned attack.  Any future ones will also be planned and the ready made “solution” will be provided and even mandated to the people just like the last time because justice has not been brought upon the heads of the wicked ones that promoted and profited from it.
