Rep. Steve King On Breitbart Radio: Muslims Who Prepare “Pork For Infidels… Send Them To Hell & It Must Make Allah Happy”

Representative Steve King (R-IA) appeared on Breitbart News Radio on Friday to speak about a couple of topics.  However, the one that really stands out is his discussion of interactions with Representative Keith Ellison (D-MN) about Muslims and pork.  King said that his understanding is that Muslims must receive special approval from an imam to work with pork, but that by preparing “pork for infidels (unbelievers of Islam),” they “send them to Hell and it must make Allah happy.”

Here’s the interview:

King has come under attack because he has singled out Somali Muslims and doesn’t think they should be working in his district.

He has said that he gained some answers to questions from Minnesota Representative Keith Ellison regarding Muslims and pork.

King said Ellison told him that Muslims would require “a special dispensation” from an imam in order to be able to handle pork.

“The rationale is that if infidels are eating this pork, [the Muslims] are not eating it,” King said. “So as long as they’re preparing this pork for infidels, it helps send them to hell and it must make Allah happy.”

“I don’t want people doing my pork that won’t eat it, let alone hope I go to hell for eating pork chops,” he said.

Well, I wouldn’t want them doing it either with that mindset, but their thinking doesn’t effect my eating it unless they are malicious in preparing the pork.  In other words, if they are somehow tainting the meat.

However, I would go to the more fundamental issue of the Muslim ideology and point out that it is in direct contrast to the foundations of our society, which is Christianity.

According to an analysis done for the Des Moines Register, Somali Muslims make up less than one-third of 1% of the total number of workers.

I ask, how many of those Somalis are illegal?  That’s the first question that should be examined here.  Second, I wonder if the Des Moines Register, knowing the mindset of a Muslim with regards to pork and sending people to Hell over it, would think that such a small percentage.  After all, how much poison does one need to ingest to kill them or do them serious harm?

On June 11, King tweeted, “I draw the line here and, if need be, will fight for freedom of choice—in our diets. Iowa’s 4th Congressional District is the #1 Pork district in America. No takin’ bacon off our tables—ever! Sweden has capitulated to halal :-(”

King referred followers to an article from the Voice of Europe that reported:

For the participants of Sweden’s Gothia Cup there will be no pork on the menu. The organisers have chosen to customise their menu according to Islam’s order, and completely removed the forbidden meat, Fria Tider reports.

Indeed, though the numbers of Muslims are still quite small in Europe compared to the general population, the problem is the capitulation of Christians society to not advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ against His enemies in order to see them converted.  Rather, they have openly embraced these anti-Christs and said they worship the same God we do, which is a grave mistake.

Ellison has not been heard on this issue as of yet.
