Trump Issues Executive Order To Align US Vaccine Schedule With Europe – Former CBS Healthwatch Reporter Thinks It Spells Bad News

President Donald Trump issued an executive order at the end of May of this year titled REALIGNING UNITED STATES CORE CHILDHOOD VACCINE RECOMMENDATIONS WITH BEST PRACTICES FROM PEER, DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.  While the first line claims that he has been invested with authority by the Constitution or laws that were supposedly written according to the Constitution to make this happen, the reality is that nothing in Article I, Section 8, which are the authorities given to Congress to write legislation or spend money on, says nothing in regards to health or vaccines, and thus, the executive branch has no lawful authority in the matter except to prosecute fraud or injuries by Big pHarma companies.  Instead, both Congress and the executive have sought to provide immunity rather than uphold justice.

According to the EO:

The scientific assessment, with its proposed updates to the categories of the vaccine schedule, is acknowledged as a guiding resource for the Federal Government.

(b) The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) shall review the scientific assessment and the latest clinical data and, to the extent permitted by law, take any appropriate steps to update the United States childhood and adolescent vaccine schedule. ACIP’s review should consider ways to provide maximum flexibility to parents and doctors through recommendations for timing and sequencing of the administration of routine immunizations.

(c) Each executive department and agency shall ensure all actions, regulations, funding, and coverage related to child and adolescent immunizations align with the schedule recommended by the ACIP and adopted by the CDC, including fulfilling all legal obligations with respect to parental authority, religious freedom, disability accommodations, and equal protection under the law. Specifically, consistent with the Memorandum and as recommended in the scientific assessment, all the immunizations that are in any category on the schedule recommended by the ACIP and adopted by the CDC should continue to be covered without cost sharing by private insurance and covered by Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and the Vaccines for Children Program.

(d) The HHS Director of the Office of Intergovernmental and External Affairs shall ensure that State government and health officials are informed of the policies in this order and should ensure that the scientific assessment is available as a resource to inform their consideration of State vaccination laws.

According to Google:

President Trump has issued an executive order directing federal health agencies to align the U.S. core childhood vaccine schedule with those of peer, developed countries, supporting an HHS study that suggests reducing recommended vaccines from 17 to 11 diseases. The directive aims to move certain vaccines—including flu, COVID-19, rotavirus, and hepatitis—toward a ‘shared decision-making’ model based on individual risk, while requiring continued coverage for all ACIP-recommended vaccines by private and public insurance.”

“While the order tasks the CDC and ACIP with reviewing this, its immediate impact is limited, as a federal judge previously blocked similar attempts to bypass advisory panels. Public health organizations, such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, maintain that the current U.S. schedule is properly tailored to domestic disease burdens.”

Former CBS Healthwatch reporter Jon Rappaport weighed in by writing, “In other words, stalemate.”

Indeed.  The thing to keep in mind is that YOU, and only you, are in charge of what you put into your body or allow to be put into your child’s body.  It is vital that parents know what these dangerous vaccines are, what’s in them and their known side effects and see the real risk in injecting their children with a substance for profit.

Just think of applying the old drug slogan “Just say No” to vaccines.
