And this is how tyranny runs rampant in countries. By failing to provide the justice the God outlines in His own law in the Old Testament, the people are subjected to injustice just as much as the criminals who orchestrate the crimes. The latest example comes out of Germany.

A German federal court said Tuesday it has thrown out a rejected Iraqi asylum-seeker’s appeal against his conviction for raping and murdering a 14-year-old local girl.

Ali Bashar was convicted by the Wiesbaden state court in July following a four-month trial in a case that fueled tensions over migration. The court ruled there was a “particular severity of guilt,” meaning that he likely won’t be released after 15 years as is common in Germany.
Bashar, who was 21 at the time of the killing, was convicted of assaulting and murdering Susanna Feldman in Wiesbaden in May 2018.
Bashar and his family abruptly left a home for asylum applicants in Germany after the killing, and he was later arrested by Kurdish forces in Iraq, handed over to German police officers and flown back to Germany. Bashar is believed to have arrived in Germany in October 2015…..

This is good news, but Bashar should also be deported. There is no indication in this article that he will be.
Bashar raped, strangled and buried his 14-year-old victim in May 2018. Then he complained last year that the prison TV had “only” 23 channels and that the bread in jail didn’t taste good.
As we have noted here at Jihad Watch before, “he may have no remorse for his acts because his victim was an Infidel girl, and his holy book tells him that Infidel women may be taken for sexual use (Qur’an 4:3, 4:24, 234:1-6, 33:50, 70:30); it also says ‘kill them wherever you find them’ (Qur’an 2:191, 4:89, cf. 9:5).”
Deported, you say? No, he should have been executed by the public in the town square with a stoning! Then, maybe the very antichrists invading Germany would learn from their protestant forefathers the meaning of justice.
