After January 6 Videos Released Showing Real Criminals Were Capitol Police, QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley Released From Prison (Video)
Just weeks ago, more than 40,000 hours of video footage from January 6, 2021 were released. Quite a bit of it, we had already been shown in the early days following the event and it was very clear that this was not an insurrection, but clearly a protest with a few agent provocateurs embedded in the crowd. However, most of them were peaceful. When Tucker Carlson aired the videos of the alleged QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley being escorted into the Senate chambers by Capitol police, not once being stopped but encouraged to go in, it has had an explosive effect. Now, Chansley has been released from prison 14 months early due to the footage, which by the way, was not allowed at his trial. Once again, it shows the criminal nature of federal prosecution in multiple Brady violations by withholding exculpatory evidence from the court.

The so-called ‘QAnon Shaman’ who pleaded guilty to storming the US Capitol on January 6 has been released from prison to a halfway house 14 months early, in an apparent reduction for good behavior.
Jacob Chansley, 35, pleaded guilty in September 2021 to civil disorder and violent entry to the Capitol, among other charges, and was later sentenced to 41 months in federal prison.
As of Thursday, Bureau of Prison Records showed, and his former attorney confirmed in a statement to DailyMail.com, that Chansley was in a Phoenix halfway house after serving just under 27 months in prison total.
Though Chansley’s release comes weeks after his former attorney demanded he be freed in light of new video from the Capitol riot, his move to the halfway house appears to routine under federal prison policy.
Federal inmates can receive a 15 percent reduction in their prison sentence for good behavior, and can also serve the final 12 months of their sentences in halfway houses at the discretion of the Bureau of Prisons.
In a statement to DailyMail.com, Albert S. Watkins, the attorney who handled Chansley’s plea and sentencing, applauded his transfer to a halfway house.
‘After serving eleven months in solitary prior to his sentence being imposed, and only 16 months of his sentence thereafter, it is appropriate this gentle and intelligent young man be permitted to move forward with the next stage of what undoubtedly will be a law abiding and enriching life,’ said Watkins.
‘I applaud the decision of the US Bureau of Prison in this regard,’ added Watkins.
Bureau of Prison records confirmed that Chansley is in the custody of the Residential Reentry Management field office in Phoenix, which contracts with halfway houses to help inmates prepare for re-entry to society.
How many more deserve the same treatment?
Not only that, but now we are hearing that after the release of the videos, which demonstrate clearly that the vast majority of those charged have been railroaded, the Department of Injustice is seeking to arrest upwards of another 1,200 people who were in DC on January 6, 2021.
I say release them all, and let’s start arresting the criminal politicians who orchestrated and promoted the lie that is January 6… and bring them to a swift and immediate justice.
