America’s Representatives Are Again Passing Unconstitutional Bills With Billions Going To Foreign Countries
In a massive, unconstitutional spending bill, labeled as COVID relief, America’s representatives have, once again, engaged in violations of the US Constitution, and therefore, engaged in crimes against the people of the US. In this latest criminal document that’s over 5,500 pages, there’s billions of dollars, not for citizens of the US, but for foreign countries.
On Monday, I covered the gist of what was in the bill.

The New York Post reported about foreign funding that you and your children will pay for if President Trump signs it.

A $33 million earmark was included for “democracy programs for Venezuela” and $132 million was given to the formerly Soviet republic of Georgia.
The bill allotted $300 million for a “Countering Chinese Influence Fund” and $290 million for a “Countering Russian Influence Fund.” It committed $101 million to fight wildlife poaching and offered $2.5 million for “Internet freedom programs in closed societies.”
The package commits $506 million to Central American regional security, including $45 million toward the nations’ attorney generals if they seek to fight corruption.
The package included $453 million in assistance for Ukraine, $700 million in economic support for Sudan and $10 million for “gender programs” in Pakistan.
…
The legislation additionally authorizes $4 billion in military loans for Jordan and approves $250 million for Palestinians in a five-year program intended to boost Palestinian employment to improve the chances of peace with Israel.
The Palestinian aid was pushed by Reps. Nita Lowey (D-NY) and Jeff Fortenberry (R-Neb.) and Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Chris Coons (D-Del.).
There is also a $500 million allocation to support Israeli military purchases, including for the Iron Dome missile defense system.
Of course, for citizens of the US picking up the tab on this illegal spending, you’ll be pampered with an unconstitutional check, probably with Donald Trump’s signature on it just like the last one you got, for a measly $600. Remember, they gave you double last time, and no doubt, they will tax you for it shortly.
In condemning the bill, Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie tweeted out several points about it.

There can be no good justification for putting so many things in one Bill.

most of my colleagues will vote for this 5000+ page bill without even knowing this is in it… https://t.co/FykKLIINyn

I predict the day our country’s finances collapse, we will still be funding “gender programs in Pakistan.” Tonight’s COVID relief/stimulus bill has no less than $10 million for said programs attached to it. pic.twitter.com/0WMTeckdBN

We have a rule that requires 72 hours, yet a majority of congress (all Dems) voted to suspend that rule.
— Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) December 22, 2020
Reminder: The House has a rule to give everyone 72 hours to read the bills. Every Democrat in the House voted to suspend that rule and that’s why we’re voting on a 5500+ page bill tonight with less than 8 hours to read it.

It should have been separated into at least 24 different bills. It contains an omnibus bill, which is a combination of 12 annual funding bills. It also contains Covid legislation: $600 checks, loans to businesses, unemployment, vaccines, etc., which could have been separated too.

Bless your ❤️ if you think passage of a 5500+ page $trillion+ bill just randomly occurred Christmas week.
If I’ve observed one thing during my time in DC, it’s that Congress saves its biggest bill for the week Congressmen are most anxious to go home to their families.

In fact, my friend @MarkMeadows and I included this grievance in the motion to vacate the office of speaker.

Why did we just fund brick-and-mortar schools in third world countries when so many American children aren’t even attending brick-and-mortar schools in 2020?
— Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) December 22, 2020
These are just a few of the items that could be condemned and Massie is one who continually calls out the unconstitutionality of virtually every bill that is unconstitutional.
In any case, Trump has never vetoed a bill during his time in office. Yet, he claims to veto this one. We’ll see. At this junction, it won’t matter due to the overwhelming votes for it. That just means he will save face with his supporters by looking like he’s fighting, when in reality, he’s just putting on another WWE performance… or he can just keep showing you who he really is by signing it.
I have to add one more thing. Of all the dumb things that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has said, she did tweet out something that actually made sense on this.
Congress is expected to vote on the second largest bill in US history *today* – $2.5 trillion – and as of about 1pm, members don’t even have the legislative text of it yet.
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) December 21, 2020
Yep, she actually did tweet that.
In the end, Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs tweeted the truth about this bill.
5,600 pages.
Votes are still expected today on this legislation. No one will be able to read it all in its entirety.
Special interests win. Americans lose. https://t.co/zuyrLjez6o

Every representative that voted for this should be removed from Congress and charged for their crimes… Every. Single. One. (Article I, Section 5, Clause 2)
