Jo Lindner was a bodybuilding influencer, who was also known as Joesthetics, who died from an apparent aneurysm at age 30.

The New York Post reports:

Jo Lindner, better known as the bodybuilding influencer “Joesthetics,” has died. He was 30.

The German fitness guru had built an impressive Instagram following of 8.4 million by posting often about his gym workouts and training regimen.

His girlfriend, Nicha, known as @immapeaches online, shared a bittersweet tribute to the late bodybuilder Saturday on Instagram, reporting an aneurysm caused his death.

She claimed he had complained of neck pain just days earlier.

She called Lindner sweet, kind, loyal, strong and a “believer in everyone.”

“Rest in peace Jo. I love you man,” fellow fitness fanatic Noel Deyzel wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of the pair together.

“I still keep checking my phone waiting for your reply so we can meet at the gym,” he wrote in a longer message. “I’m broken bro. You opened your arms up to us, you showed us so much about life and social media.”

He added, in part: “Your generosity towards myself and others will always stay with me.”

Indy100.com reported that he had hinted about possible health issues in his final Instagram post:

In a lengthy Instagram post, shared earlier in the day, Lindner explained that he’d been taking Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and, despite trying to stop, had resumed treatment.

“When I lost my gains because I went off everything for 1 year but then could not recover my own [testosterone] levels so went back on trt,” he wrote.

“Trust me I tried to stop but be aware it might have long-term effects for your life. Trt is a big commitment keep that in mind.”

TRT is used to treat low testosterone levels, which can occur naturally through ageing or certain health conditions, however, it’s also become increasingly popular for non-medical uses, including increasing muscle mass.

In his post, Lindner also revealed that he’d had to undergo hernia surgery.

However, Opoyi reports that Lindner has undergone plasmapheresis after his COVID shot. Plasmapheresis involves removing and replacing plasma to address immune issues.

Hmmm, sounds like we found our culprit.

Rohit Yadav writes about Lindner and plasmapheresis.

What is Plasmapheresis?

Plasmapheresis is a process that involves separating the plasma, the liquid part of the blood, from the blood cells. It can be done for therapeutic purposes or as a plasma donation.

During the procedure, a machine removes the affected plasma and replaces it with either healthy plasma or a plasma substitute. This treatment is similar to kidney dialysis and can help address immune system-related issues caused by antibodies present in the plasma.

Jo Lindner’s case

In Jo Lindner’s case, he mentioned undergoing plasmapheresis twice following concerns about particles found in his bloodwork. He visited a doctor who recommended the procedure as a means to cleanse his blood from heavy metals and other substances.

Jo Lindner described the process, which involved a thick needle drawing out his blood, cleaning it in a machine, and then reintroducing it back into his body. Despite the expensive and discomforting nature of the treatment, he believed it was necessary for his post-vaccine recovery.

It is important to note that Jo Lindner’s specific circumstances and experiences with plasmapheresis should not be generalized to all individuals. Plasmapheresis is typically performed for specific medical reasons and under professional medical supervision.

While the connection between Jo Lindner’s plasmapheresis and his tragic passing is unclear, his revelation has sparked conversations and further inquiries into the procedure’s potential benefits and risks. As the fitness community mourns the loss of an influential figure, the discussion surrounding plasmapheresis serves as a reminder of the complexities and individuality of health journeys.

Keep in mind that and aneurysm is the result of something else.  There is a cause and I think in the day and age in which we live, we should give careful consideration to what happened to Jo Lindner and what ultimately brought about his very early death.
