Attorney Claims Obama Encouraged “De Facto Coup” Against Trump by Deep State
A Los Angeles-based attorney, who represents high-profile cases with clients from all over the world has said that Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah encouraged the “Deep State” “de facto coup” against President Donald Trump, and he added that there is legal recourse available to the Trump administration to put a stop to it.
On Friday, Attorney Robert Barnes spoke to Alex Marlow, host of Breitbart News Daily, and said that Obama “opened up” a “dangerous, precarious path” by opening up the Deep State to listen in on conversations that Donald Trump and others who were closely associated with him had.
Marlow then asked if there was any legal recourse the Trump administration had with regards to the leaks of those conversations.

“Yes, there is,” said Barnes. “In fact, it’s one of the directions that a future investigation can take. A future investigation doesn’t have to focus on whatever it is the Democrats or liberals want. It can focus on the illegal leaks that took place.”
“As I mentioned the other day to a liberal lawyer friend of mine, the worst thing ever accused concerning Nixon was about using private resources to try to illegally spy on people,” Barnes added. “Here you had Obama’s people using the NSA to spy on his adversaries, and apparently include the CIA, the FBI, and members of the Department of Justice in that loop, in a manner that was not approved of by any court, that was not approved by even a FISA court – the special court that monitors certain kinds of surveillance.”
“Just because a conversation involves a foreign official doesn’t allow you to illegally tape it, illegally monitor it, or illegally record it when a U.S. citizen is on there, particularly when it’s your political adversary,” Barnes continued.
Yet, this should not come as a surprise from a man that has over a thousand documented crimes, lies and cronyism during his time usurping the Oval Office. We have already seen the resignation of National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, and now were are seeing Attorney General Jeff Sessions being questioned as to their contact with Russia.
However, Barnes continued mentioned the hypocrisy of the Democrats and liberal politicians that supported Obama if the shoe was on the other foot.
“I’m sure the liberals would go nuts if Trump tomorrow started listening in on every conversation Obama had with anybody that’s foreign, or that Bill Clinton had with anybody that’s foreign, or that Hillary Clinton had with anybody that’s foreign,” he said. “So it’s a dangerous, precarious path that Obama has opened up, and hopefully there is a full investigation into that activity.”
“You clearly also have lots of illegal leaks going on, particularly as it related to the recent Yemen issue involving the widow of the Navy SEAL who passed way, that became a big issue at the State of the Union,” he continued. “There you had people reporting that no intelligence was gathered. Well, that’s an illegal leak. It turns out that they’re wrong, they were lying about what intelligence developed or the fact that intelligence did develop, but they shouldn’t have been out there saying anything like that.”
“There are people willing to leak the most sensitive national security secrets about any particular matter, solely to have a one-day political hit story on Trump,” Barnes said. “These are people who are violating their oath, and violating the law. Hopefully, there is ultimately criminal punishment.”
Well, yes, if there are people violating the law, I would hope there would be criminal punishment. Let’s start with Obama first, then move to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and make our way down through that entire corrupt administration, including Janet Napolitano, Eric Holder, Kathleen Sebelius, Jeh Johnson, Valerie Jarrett and the rest of the gang.
“This is far worse than the Plame matter that got all that attention, that got a special prosecutor in W’s reign,” Barnes concluded. “This is far, far worse than any of that. This is putting national security at risk. This is an effective de facto coup attempt by elements of the deep state. So, hopefully, there’s a meaningful investigation and a meaningful prosecution of these people who have engaged in reckless criminal acts for their personal political partisan purposes.”
