The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
One should also consider the crimes of such an agency.
Yet, if one does not want to take the time to know the difference, then it would be considered prudent on the part of those who sit back and watch one of their Purple Heart, triple amputee veterans be criminally violated by such a one.
