Catherine Austin Fitts: Real Estate Industry Uses Weaponry to Force People to Flee Homes (Video)
American investment banker and former public official who served as managing director of Dillon, Read & Co. and, during the Presidency of George H.W. Bush, as United States Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for Housing Catherine Austin Fitts is putting out an urgent warning on how the real estate industry is using weaponry to force people to flee their homes.
“You have a group of people who have been targeted for electronic abuse,” she said. “In essence, they are targeted by electronic weaponry, electronic sabotage, and they’re also targeted by covert operations and stalking.”
She then goes on to present her theory about what is going on.

“My theory is a lot of what they’ve experienced is prototyping,” Fitts said.
She then points back to 1994 and a memo between the Justice Department and the Defense Department in which they agreed to take non-lethal weapons and prototype them domestically.
“What began was an explosion of these kinds of technologies,” Fitts said. “When I researched it, … in ’98, ’99, 2000, one of the things I found, I came to the conclusion that the real estate industry was using this to basically get people out of their building. If you have a tenant in a rent controlled apartment, you want to get them out, this kind of weaponry is very useful for making them sick, forcing them to leave, making it intolerable for them to stay in their apartment, etc., etc.”
“So, it’s basically a way of running people out,” she added.
It sounds pretty criminal to me. What do you think?
