A Michigan man used Facebook to live stream a beatdown of an intruder in his home after his teenage daughter called to alert him that a man was trying to get into their house.
Jonathan Abrams, who is from Waterford Township, searched outside the home and discovered Jacob Cruz, 32, who was attempting to get in through a window.
Immediately, he ran up and punched Cruz, knocking him out cold.

“I instantly punched him, and he was out cold,” Abrams said, and then began to live stream on Facebook what took place next. “If anything happened, everyone would clearly see this is not my fault.”
The video has been seen by over 1 million people.

“I caught a motherf*ckin’ intruder coming in here, this motherf*cker been grabbing my daughter,” Abrams can be heard saying on the video. “Now If I get popped, y’all see I got the upper hand. You move again, I’m gonna break your motherf*cking back.”
“I have an intruder here,” Abrams continued. “I could have killed you by law. They taking forever to get here. “You walked in my crib and you grabbed my daughter.”
There’s nothing like being a crook, and even worse is being a very dumb crook and getting punched out and humiliatingly videoed for all the world to see.
“My heart’s racing because I don’t know if he has a knife,” Abrams said. “I don’t know if he has a gun. I don’t know what he has, but I’m going to protect my family.”
“At that moment in time, I did the right thing, especially with my children watching me,” Abrams said, thankful that his family is safe.
As for Cruz, he was arrested and charged with breaking and entering. He pleaded not guilty in court and will return in a couple of weeks.
However, Abrams is not convinced that he was just breaking and entering, but was possibly trying to get in the house to kidnap one of his kids.
“You were here to snatch a kid,” Abrams said. “You weren’t here for anything else.”
