Federal Appeals Court To Biden Admin: Stop Cutting Razor Wire Installed On Texas Border! – Texas Looks To Bus Illegals Straight To ICE In DC
First, one must ask why the Biden Administration would be so intent on aiding and abetting illegal aliens coming across our border. It is akin to treason (Article III, Section 3, Clause 1). A recent ruling by a federal appeals court, following a lawsuit against the current administration by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, has resulted in the condemnation of the lawless acts of the administration to destroy razor wire that was deployed near Eagle Pass since the administration failed to put a stop to mass illegal immigration.
For the record, Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of our Constitution speaks to this kind of treason:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Alluring illegals into the country and then helping them disappear only to engage Americans in their various crimes against us is treasonous, and if Donald Trump actually means what he says about the issue, he should be immediately arresting all those in DC who are partaking in this, including Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and bringing them to justice. After all, that is his main duty (Article II, Section 3), and if he fails to do so, he must be impeached (Article II, Section 4) and then prosecuted (Article I, Section 3, Clause 7) for failing to uphold the law just as much as his predecessors should be.

Alejandro Serrano reports at The Texas Tribune:
A federal appeals court on Wednesday stopped the federal government from destroying a fence of razor wire that Texas installed along the U.S.-Mexico border near Eagle Pass to deter migrants from entering the country illegally.
The ruling, criticized by activists, came hours before Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum told President-elect Donald Trump that immigrants headed to the U.S. are being “taken care of” in her country.
Texas had placed more than 29 miles of wire in the Eagle Pass area by last September when Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the Biden administration over Border Patrol agents’ alleged illegal destruction of state property by cutting the wire.
On Wednesday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans issued a 2-1 opinion that reversed a lower court’s ruling and granted Texas a limited preliminary injunction against the federal government.
“It was shocking to me that the federal government would go out of their way to cut razor wire to allow illegals to cross when we’re just trying to protect our own land,” Paxton said during a Wednesday evening appearance on Newsmax. “This wasn’t their land. This was our land, our private property. It had nothing due to the federal government. So this is a good win for Texas, a good win for the country, that this court recognized our ability to protect our land.”
The legal dispute had not stopped Texas from installing such razor wire in Eagle Pass, where the state earlier this year took over a municipal park, Shelby Park, against the city’s wishes.
“We continue adding more razor wire border barrier,” Gov. Greg Abbott wrote on X about the appellate court’s ruling Wednesday evening.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Amerika Garcia Grewal, an organizer with the Eagle Pass Border Coalition, criticized Wednesday’s ruling and called the wire “a tool of war, not a humane border control measure.”
“The long-term implications of this decision are dire,” Garcia said. “It sets a dangerous precedent for using excessive force and disregarding human rights. We need to move towards a more humane and effective approach to border management.”
Additionally, Texas, along with Florida, were clearly engaging in keeping illegals in the US rather than deporting them with a circus act of sending them to the lawless ‘sanctuary cities’ located across the country. Now, Texas is looking at busing them straight to Immigration and Customs in DC.
Texas is looking at a plan to ramp up migrant buses again — but instead of sending them to sanctuary cities, officials would ship newly arrived illegal migrants directly to ICE holding centers so they can be processed quickly for deportation, a Lone Star State source told The Post.
The proposal, which has not been approved by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, is meant to continue Operation Lone Star, which seeks to deter migrants from crossing into Texas illegally.
“We are always gonna be involved in border security so long as we’re a border state,” the source in the Texas government said.
“We spent a lot of taxpayer money to have the level of deterrent that we have on the border and we can’t just walk away.”
President-elect’s new border czar Tom Homan said he is interested in working with Texas to make it happen.
Under the proposed plan, buses chartered by Texas from border cities will be rerouted from sanctuary cities including New York, Chicago and Denver to federal detention centers to help Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents process them more quickly, the source said.
“That’s a way we could be involved in that, and of course, they would reimburse us for paying for the [bus] contract,” said the source.
Why can’t Texas just set up and not allow illegals to cross into the US and save us a ton of money, paperwork and excuses. If they really are intent on the enforcement of the law, they should stop the crime from occurring if they know that is what is going on and where it’s taking place.
