The President of the united States, Donald Trump, who praised gun control in the past, especially the Clinton-era “assault weapons” ban, which did nothing to reduce gun violence or crime, has led his administration in taking the first step to ban bump stocks.

Now, remember when Trump told you he was your friend, gun owners?  Remember when he said, “The eight-year assault on your Second Amendment freedoms has come to a crashing end.  You have a true friend and champion in the White House.”

Well, none of that was true, and this is the fruit to prove it because your rights are under attack right now more than they were under Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, and don’t let anything divert you from the facts here.

“President Trump is absolutely committed to ensuring the safety and security of every American and he has directed us to propose a regulation addressing bump stocks,” said Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “To that end, the Department of Justice has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget a notice of a proposed regulation to clarify that the National Firearms and Gun Control Act defines ‘machinegun’ to include bump stock type devices.”

So, in addition to asset forfeiture, we can list attacks on the Second Amendment by the current Attorney General as crimes against the Constitution and the people fo the united States.

The Executive Branch does not define these things nor should it be infringing on the rights protected by the Second Amendment.  When law is written, it’s sole authority is that of Congress, not the Executive Branch.  There is zero authority given to the Executive Branch to ban anything, especially arms of any kind.

Yet, here is a Republican administration doing just that.

In fact, Sessions is proposing to redefine “machineguns” to include “bump stock type devices, and that federal law accordingly prohibits the possession, sale, or manufacture of such devices.”

Not only is this the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of since you can bump fire a semi-automatic rifle without a bump stock, but it does absolutely nothing to “ensure the safety and security of every American” that he claims Trump is “committed” to doing.

The banning of bump stocks, which were approved by the Obama ATF ironically, is nothing short than an attack on the Second Amendment simply because these are a part of the very arms that we have the God-given right to keep and bear and rights the government is suppose to protect, not infringe upon.

Will Sessions next go after these guys for beltloops or shoulders?  C’mon!

“Bump stocks are going to be gone,” Trump promised on Thursday.

No, they won’t.  They will become a black market item and those people who still have bump stocks are not going to just go and turn them over.  Bump stocks can now be easily 3D printed by anyone that wants one, only now, the DOJ will criminalize the manufacturing, sale and ownership of a bump stock without government permission, ie. taking your money for a permission to exercise your right they are supposed to protect.

All of this comes after the alleged shooting in Parkland, Florida where no bump stock was even used.  It had all the markings of a false flag attack in order to debate your rights away America!

Trump isn’t the only one advocating this nonsense.  Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) is also on board, calling on the ATF to close the loophole, whatever that means, on bump stocks following the October 2017 Las Vegas shooting.

“We think the regulatory fix is the smartest, quickest fix, and I’d frankly like to know how it happened in the first place,” Ryan said at a news conference in the Capitol.

“We are still trying to assess why the ATF let this go through in the first place. What happened on the regulatory side to allow this to occur in the first place?” Ryan asked.

Well, there is to be no “regulatory side” Mr. Speaker.  You are not to infringe on the rights of the people, Sir.  You are to protect their rights, but like a good little Socialist in disguise as a Republican, you think you can just flaunt the law and do what you want.

In the end, this is simply another “I told you so” since I predicted Trump would do just this following the Vegas shooting.

And don’t think this is the end.  It’s only the beginning.  Trump is looking at the Toomey-Manchin gun confiscation bill and having Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) throw her unconstitutional spin in the mix of it too.

In fact, he’s already said he is for violating the Fifth Amendment when he said he would “Take the guns first, go through due process second.”

For those who want to protect the jersey Trump is clad in namely, the Republican Party, understand that he is playing with YOUR rights and violating the Constitution with talk like this.  This is not 4D chess nonsense that people say he is playing.  No, he is advocating for a violation of the Constitution and your rights, plain and simple.

Trump has made clear that he is not “closing the door on any front” to attack the Second Amendment, including banning bump stocks and raising the age to purchase rifles from 18 to 21, and who knows what else the Communist Democrats will come up with.

However, in the end, none of this will stop any crime, including mass shootings at schools.

If you don’t think Republicans are involved in this just as much as Democrats, you really need to listen to Congressman Thomas Massie’s warning about how both parties are after your guns.

You can’t say you haven’t been warned.
