Anti Fed Ed Warriors, if you missed the Sons of Liberty show for 11/11/20, then I’ve provided the link for you here.

My host, Tim Brown, and I went over several points of HR 7617 (2021 Appropriations bill for several US federal agencies, including U.S. Dept. of Education). This article is to serve as a follow up to the show. (*Note: Setting Brushfires also cross-posted the interview.)

If you missed the show, the entire point is the HR 7617 is nothing more than a Congressional tool to continue to usher in globalism, control, and, shifting education from academics to socialist crushing workforce preparations. We highlighted how youth (ages 5-17 are used in this system), how older citizens were also thrown is for productive servitude. No portion of the American population groups is being left out of the roughly $44 billion dollars in ‘education’ or related ‘education activities/services’ in HR 7617.

As I shared during the broadcast, some of the notes I had were not covered. Below, the ones in red were the biggest ones NOT covered.

The most important notes on HR 7617: It passed the House and has been in the Senate since August; however if you look through the almost 1200 pages, you’ll find globalism, many other federal ‘laws’ and programs; NPs (non profits),
P3s (public private partnerships), as well as the entire list of every Trump (or related to his family) entity known to us as being further disabled from receiving any kinds of contracts, grants, loans, etc.
You will also find that education is tied to labor, health care, prison, behavioral health research, the environment, and even how the federal gov’t will use ‘environmental clean up (aka: ‘science’, ‘science activities’, or ‘innovation investigations’) to gain ‘real property’.

In all, education is embedded 161 times. Global is embedded 65 times under war on terrorism, healthcare, and culture/social engagement.
Behavioral health is tied to biotechnology/biomedicines.
You’ll also find “COVID 19 emergencies” used as an excuse for embedding the CARES Act. A special nod to the non public schools and teachers was also given.

CARES and HR 7617:

How does the CARES Act impact education? In the image above, you see how much of the CARES Act was thrown at the U.S. Dept. of Education.

Back in August 2020, I gave you a short video of the overreaches. Among them: ‘free money’ for ‘school choice’ (which is a fallacy thanks the Every Student Succeeds Act, page 17. Stated there, all education must be aligned to the same post-secondary readiness standards as laid out in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.) WarriorsHR 7617 has set aside $3.7 billion in taxpayer funds ($925 million must go to youth workforce prep)!

The CARES Act also laid out money for post-COVID safety. HR 7617 has set aside billions for this same thing. You’ll find the direct reference to non public teachers and schools in HR 7617, on Page 843.

The UN and HR 7617:

Warriors, so much of the UN (United Nations) and their SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) can be found in HR 7617. Mainly via our infrastructure (water supply, regionalism, etc.). I was able to locate a tool from the US Gov’t you can use to see how far we, as America, have moved in 100% alignment.

As far as the US gov’t tool for the SDGs, education (SDG #4) shows, in point 4.7.1 just how for the globalization in education has progressed.
Warriors, much of the SDG global education is centered on competency based credentials for SDG #8 (Decent Work/Economic Growth).

Why is so much of the CCSS Machine rhetoric on economic status as opposed to academic prowess? Because, education was chosen by the World Bank, the Int’l Monetary Fund, World Health Organization, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, AND, the United Nations; as THE change agent to shift learning from the basics to the job market! In HR 7617, education is once again a tool for ‘economic adjustment’. What does this mean? The continuation of the caste system foundation from the former communist/socialist nations has been set into the American system of government. (*Note: here’s an article I published showing how military bases and Common Core were used to force economic adjustments in the communities. HR 7617 wants to extend this and have LEAs (Local Education Agencies) match federal funds.)

American Misuses Of Duty in HR 7617:

Warriors, go to Page 596 of HR 7617 and you’ll see an establishment of an new federal historical commission to dovetail to not only education, but peace building in our nation. This is NOT the 1776 Commission, President Trump unconstitutionally set in place. HR 7617’s is a different one. In the following pages of HR 7617, note the duties and who is appointed. Then listen to the interview on this newer commission’s dangers.

Did you know the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is ‘in bed’ with the UN? Here’s what I found, after reading HR 7617 and it’s embedding of the Army group:

The US Army Corps of Engineers working with the US federal government isn’t a surprise, but this was presented at a previous UN meeting:
https://unstats.un.org/unsd/geoinfo/UNGEGN/docs/11th-uncsgn-docs/E_Conf.105_104_CRP.104_USACE-UNCSGNpaper.pdf
(*Note: with HR 7617’s acquisition/condemnation of real property, this could be a key)
A former US military person is now heading a UN agency:
https://www.linkedin.com/in/maj-gen-mark-toy-p-e-b1a97936
The same USACE mentioned the Army/Engineers above, also has this document:
https://apps.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/a502379.pdf
(*Note: sustainability is woven in)

So, where will you find the Army Corps in HR 7617? Begin on Page 319. Then note their responsibilities in relation to the civil workforce (that’s We the People) as far the the Southern US border.
Then, factor in the USMCA (US-Mexico-Canada Agreement). The USMCA Implementation Act was a Congressional misuse in the most egregious ways and opened the way for the UN’s overreaches. If you missed my 4 part series on just how horrid the Agreement AND the Implementation Act are, go here. You’ll go to Part 4, the Conclusion, but will be able to access Parts 1-3 from that same article, too.

(*Note: below is a dated screen shot of the USA’s SDG score. The HR 7617 tie to this? Our scores will only increase if this Appropriations Bill is turned into law.)

Closing:

So, Warriors, what can we do? Contact our Senators (after all HR 7617 is in their hands), tell them NONE of this is constitutional. NONE of this is American based! Since knowing the U.S. Army (as is every branch of our military) is with the UN, we should also contact our military personnel.

Demanding your U.S. Constitution be adhered to is VERY patriotic! Demanding your tax dollars to STOP being misrepresented (or altogether dismissed) is a constitutional right of every American citizen!
