“A man that the Lord calls an abomination, dressed as a woman, legislates to attack children – How does that work?”
New York Post reports:
“A transgender Minnesota lawmaker ignited an online firestorm after bizarrely arguing against age limits on porn sites — claiming “queer” kids need access to the X-rated content for “educational” purposes.
Get Daily EmailsState Rep. Leigh Finke, a two-term Democrat who identifies as a woman, pushed back against a proposal that would require age checks on porn websites to shield children from accessing the raunchy adult material — wildly insisting the bill would be weaponized against the LGBTQ+ community.
The pol claimed attorneys general in states with age-verification laws are “almost jubilant” at the chance to block queer kids from explicit content that could “educate” them about their sexuality and community.
“They’re almost jubilant about being able to use these laws to ban young people from accessing content that could be educational if they are queer,” Finke, who transitioned in 2017, contended during a committee meeting Thursday.”
After reading this article and noticing this abomination (Deuteronomy 22:5), who was installed into office, not voted in by the people, and what it was that he meant to do, was quite telling as to the reason why the Lord forbids such abominable reprobates admittance into any decent society, let alone hold office. What is it that this man, dressed as a woman, propose to normalize? Crimes against children. Not a good road to take. Read Luke 17:2.

These are felonious crimes. It should interest the people to see how demoralized they have become in accepting such criminal behavior.
Yes, state statutes reveal that it is a serious crime in Minnesota to subject children to pornography, with laws that heavily penalize the possession, dissemination, and production of child sexual abuse material, as well as the solicitation of minors with sexually explicit content. All child pornography charges in Minnesota are considered felonies and carry potential penalties including significant prison time, heavy fines, and mandatory registration as a predatory offender.
Key Minnesota Statutes and Penalties
- Possession (Minn. Stat. § 617.247): Possessing “pornographic work” (child sexual abuse material) knowing its content is a felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine for a first offense, or up to 10 years and $10,000 for a second offense or if the victim is under 14.
- Dissemination (Minn. Stat. § 617.247): Sharing, selling, or distributing child pornography, even to an adult, is a felony. A first offense carries up to 7 years in prison, while subsequent offenses or violations involving a minor under 14 can lead to up to 15 years.
- Solicitation of Children (Minn. Stat. § 609.352): It is a felony for an adult to use electronic means (internet, social media, text) to distribute sexual material or solicit a child (15 or younger) to engage in sexual conduct.
- Harmful Materials (Minn. Stat. § 617.293): It is illegal to knowingly display or disseminate “harmful” materials—such as pornography—to minors in public or commercial settings.
Important Legal Distinctions in Minnesota
- Consent is Not a Defense: Consent by the minor, parent, or guardian to the sexual performance is not a defense, per Minn. Stat. § 617.247, subd. 6.
- “Constructive” Possession: You can be convicted for having child pornography on a computer, phone, or storage device even if you did not create it or intentionally watch it.
- Mandatory Predator Registration: A conviction for any child pornography offense requires registration as a sex offender for a minimum of 10 years.
If you are in danger or suspect child abuse, contact local law enforcement immediately.
Friends, these individuals who are proposing such crimes against children WILL NOT be tolerated in any sense of the word. When our said representatives fail to uphold the law, which they swore to uphold, they can rest assured that “We the People”, for whom they are to serve, will establish justice (Isaiah 26:9)!
