Massachusetts: State Trooper Charged After Allegedly Filming Himself Masturbate At Concert Just Before Punching Man (Video)
Foxboro, MA — A Massachusetts State Police trooper has been arrested and suspended recently after he was busted in a country music concert allegedly masturbating in front of concertgoers. Adding to the utter insanity of a cop masturbating in public is the fact that he is accused of doing so in someone else’s seat, just before assaulting that person.
Andrew Patterson, 32, was brought to Wrentham District Court last month to face charges of lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct for the alleged act. According to police, Patterson exposed himself and began performing the lewd act on himself during a Luke Bryan concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro on June 21.
According to police, they responded to a section of the stadium to break up a fight. When they reached the area, a man told them that Patterson had punched him, according to the criminal complaint.

WHDH reports:
The man and his girlfriend told police that Patterson was “extremely intoxicated” and standing next to them in the crowd with his pants “unzipped and his penis was exposed,” police wrote in the report.
Patterson, who was attending the concert with his wife, also allegedly walked up behind the man’s girlfriend and pretended to grind on her while taking a video of himself.
Police say the man knocked the phone out of Patterson’s hand and threw a chair at him. Patterson then allegedly punched the man before a friend flashed a badge and stated that they were troopers.
Police wrote in their complaint that Patterson appeared to by “extremely intoxicated and his speech was thick and slurred.”
According to Massachusetts State Police spokesperson Dave Procopio, Patterson has been suspended while police conduct an internal investigation.
“In light of today’s charges, the Department will hold an internal hearing tomorrow to re-assess his duty status, and the internal investigation will continue as the criminal case proceeds. The off-duty conduct as alleged utterly contradicts the manner in which the Department demands its members conduct themselves in their personal lives,” read a statement from state police.
Patterson’s police union appointed attorney, Daniel Moynihan, denies his client did anything wrong and said the allegations are “ridiculous.” Maynihan claimed that Patterson is a decorated Veteran who served in Afghanistan and was with his wife in a “sea of people” and that things “can be misconstrued,” according to NBC Boston.
This is not the first time Patterson has been in trouble during his career in law enforcement either. In 2015, he killed a man holding a knife. However, after a two-year investigation, it was determined that Patterson acted in self-defense. The video of the incident tends to show that it wasn’t exactly self defense and Patterson and several other officers pursued Santos Laboy, 45, of Somerville on foot as he ran from them, before Patterson opened fire.
Police officers whipping out their junk and masturbating in public seems to be a rather common theme over the years. TFTP has reported on multiple instances very similar to Patterson’s.
As we reported in 2017, police investigators were perplexed after a series of Peeping Tom incidents occurred in their town. On at least three occasions, a man would go up to someone’s home, shine his cell phone light into the window of the home, and when someone eventually noticed the stranger standing in their yard, the man would then turn the light onto himself, spotlighting his exposed genitals.
The mystery, however, was solved two years ago, when police nabbed their man. No. Literally. He was one of their own. It turns out the Peeping Tom/Flasher villain was a veteran detective of the New York Police Department, who served in a precinct in Brooklyn. Detective Robert Francis was arrested and taken into custody after a homeowner called police to complain of yet another nude flasher. When police arrived, they reportedly found Francis masturbating while peering through a child’s window. Francis was arrested on charges of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
This problem apparently goes all the way to the top too. As we reported last year, the chief of police for the city of Level Plains, Alabama was arrested after allegedly masturbating in public in an elevator as young children entered and exited. He was also witnessed masturbating while walking down the beach behind various teen girls and filming them shower.
Billy Maurice Driggers, the 44-year-old chief of police, was arrested at the police station last October and charged with four counts of disorderly conduct.
