More Evidence Of Maxine Waters’ Influence: NY Man Arrested After Threatening To Murder Trump Supporters & GOP Congressman
Don’t tell me that representatives like Maxine Waters (D-CA) should not be held accountable for their incitement to violence under the guise of protesting! Now, a Long Island man has been arrested after he threatened to murder supporters of President Donald Trump, as well as congressman Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY).
Martin Astrof, 75, of Nesconset, “became irate” at the Suffolk County campaign headquarters of Rep. Lee Zeldin on Friday.
Astrof threatened to kill Trump and Zeldin supporters and nearly ran over a Zeldin campaign staffer with his car.

Though he fled the scene, he was later arrested at his home on Friday.
Zeldin lashed out at the attack on Twitter.
“In the US, political scores are settled at the ballot box, not by trying to kill your political opponents. Donato Panico is a great American, supporter of @realDonaldTrump & one of my campaign vols. He shouldn’t have been targeted like this today for his passion & involvement,” he tweeted on Friday evening.

In late June, Zeldin praised Panico for his efforts at Ground Zero on 9-11.
“After 9/11, Donato Panico drove from his LI deli to Ground Zero to feed the 1st responders. In thanks, 1 of the 1st responders gave him a flag flown near the pile. This flag has also been flown in Iraq & today I gave it to @realdonaldtrump in the Oval Office at Donato’s request,” he tweeted.

On Saturday, he reminded followers of Panico’s work and echoed the sentiments earlier this week when a teenager was attacked by a rabid criminal at a restaurant and had his Make America Great Again hat stolen and a drink splashed in his face.
“I presented this flag 2 wks ago from Donato Panico, flown over WTC site & Iraq, to @RealDonaldTrump. A NY-1 Dem today tried to run Donato over w a vehicle & threatened to kill him for backing Pres Trump & I. Ppl shouldn’t fear death or serious injury for backing their Pres & Rep,” Zeldin tweeted.

Well, I completely agree. Support for a representative, no matter the office is not something people should be targeted over, especially for murder.
Sadly, in today’s political climate, too many people are sinking to their base nature and ready to erupt at the slightest difference.
Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) said that he and his family had received threats from a person who said they would be “chopped up” in an ax attack. A suspect was later arrested in relation to that threat.
As a result, at least one wild-eyed woman blasted former Environmental Protection Agency administrator Scott Pruitt earlier this week. Amid scandals that have plagued him since earlier in 2017, Pruitt resigned on Thursday.
