North Carolina Sheriff Candidate Says It’s OK to Kill Americans Who Resist Gun Confiscation (Watch)
R. Daryl Fisher, a Democratic candidate for sheriff in Buncombe County, North Carolina, made a campaign speech in which he seemed to affirm killing gun owners in order to get their guns away from them.

“You’ve heard people say: ‘You’ll have to pry my gun from my cold, dead hands.’ Okay!”
Those were the words Fisher issued, and it has Constitutionalists up in arms. The comments come around the 3:00 mark.
Obviously, Fisher’s statement seems clear and to the point like a good little Communist. He was saying it was absolutely OK to kill gun owners in order to pry their guns from their cold, dead hands.
While listening to his gun confiscation blather that was completely anti-Second Amendment, Fisher said that he was all for gun confiscation laws including raising the age to purchase a firearm to 21, banning “high capacity” magazines on both rifles and pistols, outlawing weapons designed for military use, requiring firearm qualifications before people can carry guns, only allowing people to carry the weapon that they trained with, and banning anything that increases the rate of fire from a gun.
That are pretty strict measures, but they all end up resulting in the same several things: infringement upon the God-given right to keep and bear arms (of any kind because no government has not been given authority to do so), and criminalizing law-abiding citizens in order to steal their property and control them.
Despite what they call it, gun control, it’s really an effort of gun prohibition, or as it has been in so many countries, gun confiscation.
Of course, he did say that confiscating guns from those who purchased weapons before the ban would be unlawful, but so is the measures he supports. They are unlawful under our Constitution. This man is advocating a criminal, Communist mindset.
After the public were outraged at his comments, he issued this statement on Facebook on Friday;
This post is for all of the people who have posted false information about my position on proposing sensible gun legislation as a candidate for Buncombe County Sheriff. As a citizen, human being, and Candidate for Sheriff, I would like to recommend the following legislation:
Ban the sale of high capacity magazines;
Ban the sale of any mechanism that will allow a weapon to fire in rapid succession;
Raise the age to purchase any weapon to age 21;
And ensure proper background checks are done for purchase permits.
These are sensible measures and are a big step at protecting our communities. Stop pointing fingers and bring solid and sensible solutions instead of spreading false information and propaganda.
So, instead of recanting what he said, he attacks those who reported the truth about his stand and what he said. This is just like a hypocritical Communist.
However, that just made the people angrier, which forced him to issue a second statement, which wasn’t any better.
If you want to know what my statements were, listen to all of the videos in their entirety. There is one statement that many up to now have taken offense to. That statement starts out with language similar to, “Don’t believe the scare tactics,” and I say that some gun enthusiast might say, “You will have to pry my gun from my cold dead hands.” This is also a movie quote. The crowd laughed and I made a joke.
I admit the joke was a mistake and I should not have joked. But I go on to relay that the government cannot take away any guns or any items that were legally sold before any new laws take effect. To do this would be unconstitutional because that would constitute what is called an ex post facto law. Responsible gun owners have nothing to worry about. We have to do something different because what has been done is not working.
It’s funny, they all are serious as a heart attack about doing exactly what he stated, but when the heat is on, they say it was only a “joke.” Yeah, right Mr. Fisher.
The only joke here is Mr. Fisher, who doesn’t understand the law he is supposed to be upholding and the people of Buncombe County, North Carolina should send him packing (no pun intended) when it comes election time.
