Not Enough Socialism! President Trump Blasts Congress For Not Giving Significantly Larger Checks To Americans
OK, look, I’ve already covered the fact that the COVID relief bill is more pork, foreign country aid of some sort or another and more unconstitutional spending all the way around. President Trump has pointed out there’s lots of spending in the bill and contrasts it with a mere $600 check to the American people. Funny thing is, he doesn’t condemn any of it as unconstitutional, but instead, he is advocating for more money for the American people in this unlawful boondoggle; and for those paying attention, this is how the DC WWE battle works.

America’s Representatives Are Again Passing Unconstitutional Bills With Billions Going To Foreign Countries
Here’s Trump’s statement on the bill.

“Throughout the summer, Democrats cruelly blocked COVID relief legislation in an effort to advance their extreme left-wing agenda and influence the election,” Trump began. “Then, a few months ago, Congress started negotiations on a new package to get urgently needed help to the American people. It’s taken forever. However, the bill they are planning to send back to my desk is much different than anticipated.”
“For example, among the more than 5,000 pages in this bill, which nobody in Congress has read because of its length and complexity,” he said. “It’s called the COVID relief bill, but it has almost nothing to do with COVID.”
Yeah, well, that previous one that could total up to $6.5 trillion had almost nothing to do with COVID. In fact, the bill was approved by the House in January 2019 and sat in Limbo for months until they decided to stuff it with all that unconstitutional spending, including bailouts for banksters, businesses, corporations and that frivolous check to Americans for $1,200, but Trump signed that quickly, didn’t he?
And though Trump rightly calls out the fact that no one has read the bill entirely and the money going to foreign countries and the massive spending on various “studies” on the domestic front, not once does he say it’s unconstitutional! Not once!
However, he does pit those numbers, along with illegal aliens getting checks for up to $1,800 against American citizens getting $600.
“I’m asking Congress to amend this bill and increase the ridiculously low $600 to $2,000 or $4,000 for a couple,” Trump said. “I’m also asking Congress to immediately get rid of the wasteful and unnecessary items from this legislation and to send me a suitable bill or else the next administration will have to deliver a COVID relief package.”
He calls it “wasteful and unnecessary items.” While that is true, he should be using the term “unconstitutional,” but that would then get himself in trouble for signing similar legislation throughout his term in office.
Now, don’t think I’m just picking on Trump. He just happens to be the guy in the White House currently. When Obama was in office, I wrote about his signing unconstitutional legislation, as well as pointing out the man wasn’t even constitutionally qualified to be in office in the first place, which is why I never refer to him as a president. Should Joe Biden take office, he’ll get the same treatment because he’s already voiced support for unconstitutional legislation and promoted unconstitutional spending during his time in the US Senate, as well as vice president.
If you are wondering why I keep bringing up this issue of unconstitutional spending, it’s because people have forgotten what we have restricted the federal government to write legislation on and by definition, what they can spend money on.
Enumerated Powers of Congress
And the President is supposed to make sure he is not signing legislation that goes beyond those bounds, not encourage it and pile on his own.
The President’s Enumerated Powers – Rulemaking by Executive Agencies & Executive Orders
Let me remind you of Trump’s words in 2019.
He keeps using that word. I don’t think he knows what it means… or does he?
