Now, He Tells Us… Rush Limbaugh On Brett Kavanaugh Siding With Liberal Justices: Blasey Ford Confirmation Hearings Worked
Yep, I called it, but I called it while it was going on. I said conservatives were being manipulated on the vote for confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh even though I defended him on the baseless charges by Christine Blasey Ford. Now, months later, talk show host Rush Limbaugh is admitting that all that hocus pocus, divert conservative’s attention to the charges against Kavanaugh as a reason to confirm him rather than looking at his past and the reasons you should never have confirmed him, worked.
Limbaugh’s comments came as a result of the latest ruling coming out of the Supreme Court against Apple.

The Supreme Court on Monday ruled 5-4 against Apple, saying iPhone users can pursue their antitrust lawsuit involving the tech giant’s signature electronic marketplace, the App Store.
Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote the majority opinion, which was joined by the court’s liberal justices.
The iPhone users argued that Apple’s 30% commission on sales through the App Store is an unfair use of monopoly power that results in inflated prices passed on to consumers.
…
The case split President Donald Trump’s two nominees to the high court. In a dissent joined by his fellow conservatives, John Roberts, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote that the majority created an “artificial rule.”
The legal battle over the company’s online marketplace has dragged on for nearly a decade.
The result of the iPhone users’ litigation could affect the way that Apple, as well as other companies that operate electronic marketplaces like Facebook, Amazon and Alphabet’s Google, structure their businesses. For Apple, hundreds of millions of dollars in penalties could hang on the outcome.
“Apple’s line-drawing does not make a lot of sense, other than as a way to gerrymander Apple out of this and similar lawsuits,” Kavanaugh wrote.

In commenting on the ruling on Monday, Limbaugh said that last year’s confirmation hearings may have had an impact on Kavanaugh.
“The real question is, what is Kavanaugh doing here?” Limbaugh said. “If you go back to the Federalist Society, Kavanaugh was cited as the best — better than Gorsuch, more conservative, more pure, this, that and the other thing. And this is the second or third time that he has aligned with the leftist. I’ll tell you what I think: I think all that [Blasey] Ford stuff worked.”
“I think it’s classic,” he continued. “I’m wild-guessing. I don’t know. I’ve never met Kavanaugh. I’ve not really talked to anybody about this. I’m wild-guessing. This just strikes me as so typical — ‘I’m going to show them they were wrong. I’m going to show them they were wrong. I’m going to show them I can be fair.’ And the way you show a liberal you can be fair is agree with them.”
No, Rush. It’s by design. This guy was never questioned about his involvement in the coverup of the “suicide” of Vince Foster. He was never questioned about his unconstitutional stand on the Patriot Act and the Fourth Amendment.
He should have never been allowed to be confirmed because he is an unconstitutional judge, period.
But conservatives were bamboozled into thinking that a vote against the confirmation of Kavanaugh was somehow a vote to confirm unsubstantiated claims of rape. Confirmation hearings are about whether a judge is fit for the office.
Kavanaugh was not.
Now, we’re going to hear about it, Rush? Come on!
Listen to Limbaugh’s comments here, and then just remember, he was part of those claiming that Kavanaugh was “impeccable.”
