Obama Unconstitutionally Sends US Troops to Cameroon Monday – Informs Recessed Congress Wednesday
His Unpeacefulness Obama, recipient of a Nobel Peace Prize that only God knows why the committee awarded it to this stooge, notified Congress yesterday that 90 US troops deployed to Cameroon on Monday to assist in fighting Boko Haram. The eventual number of troops to be sent will be around 300; however, the troops are deployed at the request of the government of Cameroon, will only provide protection for airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations, and will coordinate with Cameroon’s government. Well, that is what White House spokesliar Josh Earnest told reporters at press conference. Whether anyone has noticed or not, every time the US government enters a nation to “help” combat some “terrorist group threat,” it ends up in a sovereign government being “targeted” due to a ruthless dictator perpetrating oppression against their own people.
Earnest stated:
They are armed, but they are armed for the purposes of force protection and providing for their own security. They will not be in a combat role, but rather to provide force protection for — to allow these airborne intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance operations to commence.

When the president traveled to Africa earlier this year, he talked about how important it was for Africa — the nations of Africa to pursue a regional approach to the threat that is posed by Boko Haram. And what the United States has done is try to offer some of the unique capabilities that we have in the United States military to assist that regional effort.
Pardon me for being a bit skeptical here but asking African nations to “pursue a regional approach” to Boko Haram when these nations can’t even govern effectively or provide security, protection and defense for their own country is like asking “Black Lives Matter,” the Ku Klux Klan, and La Raza to join forces to fight this tyrannical government. Yet, the US sends troops to assist in this “regional effort.”
Earnest admitted troops were already on the ground in Cameroon, which prompted the notification to Congress in compliance with the War Powers Act — when troop deployments such as this occur, the administration has 48 hours to notify Congress. According to the tentative 2015 Congressional schedule, Congress is in recess from October 12 – 16 for Columbus Day. So, who was “home” that the administration notified? It seems a lot of what Obama does then notify Congress about happens during recess. Coincidence? Hardly.
The spokesliar also stated this isn’t the first contribution the US has made to the anti-terror “ongoing regional effort to counter Boko Haram.”
“Based on my understanding,” Earnest said, “this wasn’t a response to any particular urgent threat. It certainly doesn’t reflect a change to the strategy that the US military has employed in the region.”
No “particular urgent threat” exists yet Obama “felt” the need to send military personnel (doesn’t matter how many or whether for combat or support) first, then notify Congress later all while Congress is scheduled in recess. Obama is continuing to invoke a 2001 congressional authorization against al-Qaeda to use military force against ISIS since his request for “new” war powers has stalled in Congress. According to the Constitution of the united States of America, Article II, Section 2, the president serves as commander-in-chief of the army and naval forces, along with the militia of the states when called into actual service of the united States. Only Congress holds the authority to declare war (Article I, Section 8) and to call forth the militia. Yet, Congresses over the decades have conceded to presidents the control of the military without declaration of war — Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc.
It wasn’t until November 2013, months after Boko Haram began its reign of terror over Christians and westerners, the US State Department declared the group a terror organization. Just this past March, Army Gen. David Rodriguez, Africom’s commander, “observed that Boko Haram was expanding out of Nigeria into neighboring Cameroon, Niger, and Chad. It appears the US military presence or “efforts” in these areas are not truly stemming the tide. Any guesses as to why?
According to Obama, the emergence of terrorism in north Africa and Syria can be placed at the feet of “climate change.”
Speaking at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut in May 2015, Obama stated, “Understand climate change did not cause the conflicts we see around the world. Yet, what we also know is that severe drought helped to create the instability in Nigeria that was exploited by the terrorist group Boko Haram. It’s now believed that drought and crop failures and high food prices helped fuel the early unrest in Syria, which descended into civil war in the heart of the Middle East.”
Seriously? Are we to believe this — Boko Haram exploited the instability in Nigeria due to severe drought caused by climate change? Obama expects us to believe it. Anything and everything to keep from naming the problem — Islam.
With all the troops placed all over to combat ISIS and its offshoot branches, has the efforts of the united States paid off in stopping the cancerous Islamic groups? Have our efforts resulted in a solidified “regional effort” anywhere to contain the barbaric murderous rampages of any Islamic group or ISIS? Hardly, as it is widely noted our own CIA created ISIS.
Is it any wonder that some nations in the European Union are asking questions about our impeachment process and removal of Obama from office based on mental instability? Of course, articles at Freedom Outpost have previously questioned Obama’s mental status and his continuance in office. (See here, here, and here) These were over a year ago, yet our Congress refuses to take action.
Cuba has joined Russia and China in Syria to thwart the ISIS advance that moves to overtake Syria and its government. Now, who didn’t see that coming? Our government has provided support to ISIS; yet, some of our troops are in Cameroon to “help” these African nations to stem the spreading barbarism of Boko Haram. African nations would do well to learn Obama promotes the advance of Islam, not its containment. And, Syria is a nation rich in natural resources the world’s wealthy billionaire oil and gas magnets in the US need to exploit — the real rationale for wanting Assad out of power. However, Russia and China also needs these assets but at this point are content to assist Syria’s government to keep the resources out of the hands of ISIS and the US as well.
So, what is in Cameroon, Nigeria, Chad and other nations Boko Haram threatens that is important to the US, or more specifically wealthy billionaire oil and gas magnets, that warrants our “immediate” intervention to a “request” just now being made public? Obama’s not committing our military to “help” anyone but his puppet handlers or Islam, possibly both. His past actions should be enough for any nation to be wary of his “intentions.”
For an individual who complained so about the “warmongering” Bush, Obama is slated to surpass Bush when it comes to engaging in “conflicts” whereby more troops are spread thin throughout the world at a time when our military is being “dismantled.” The recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize certainly has not taken actions to secure “peace” but intervened to instigate further conflict. In the meantime, who exactly is protecting America while our troops are being used as pawns in Obama’s agenda, created by who knows whom and for what purpose?
America is not the world’s police force or military arm. Yet, our troops are being used as exactly that in foreign nations. America faces an illegal alien invasion of our own with terrorist groups infiltrating across our southern border and Obama importing them by the tens of thousands. We call for security as Obama “blah blahs” citizens accusing many of being racist and anti-immigration and anti-“refugee.” However, Cameroon calls on the Obama phone for aid in repealing a terrorist organization and Obama springs to action. If this isn’t telling to Americans, Congress or other nations what Obama is and what he is doing, their vagal-optic nerves are so fused no procedure could ever separate those nerves.
