Suicide Bomber Sucked Out of Plane after Blast – Only Casualty (Watch)
Investigators say that a 55-year-old man, Abdullahi Abdisalam Borleh, who boarded a flight on an Airbus A321 that originated in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia burst into flames after an explosion, which ripped a hole in the side of the plane and sucked him out.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the man is alleged to have used a wheelchair to circumvent security to bring a bomb on the plane, which tore a hole in the jetliner that eventually sucked him out.

His flaming body landed near the town of Balad, some 20 miles north of Mogadishu, where it was recovered by authorities.
“An individual got onto the plane in a wheelchair and is suspected of being the suicide bomber,” the diplomat, who is in direct contact with investigators, told the paper.
The explosion jarred passengers and forced the pilot to make a dramatic descent as panic ensued.
Somali authorities have arrested the passenger who had been sitting in the next seat, the diplomat added.
One passenger caught the aftermath of the explosion on video:
There were 74 passengers on board and at least two others were injured. No one has claimed responsibility for the bomb.
Zakaria Yusuf, an analyst with the International Crisis Group think tank, told the Wall Street Journal, “Al-Shabaab, if they did that business, al-Shabaab would claim it.”
The Daily Mail provided several pictures of the damage, and provided comments from passengers on board.
Survivor Hassan Mohamed Nur said the cabin went black and filled with thick smoke as passengers screamed in terror.
Mr Nur said the passenger, an elderly man, caught fire before he was sucked from his seat and out of the Airbus A321.
‘I saw the passenger, a man in his early 60s, get sucked out of the plane,’ he told MailOnline. ‘There was a huge bang. A big hole appeared in the side of the jet and the man disappeared through it.
‘One minute he was sat in his seat, the next it he was gone. He’d been sucked out of the plane.
‘People were screaming. We all thought we were going to die.’
While I’m glad only the alleged bomber lost their life and others are safe, one thing is for sure, if the Transportation Security Administration wasn’t feeling you up, wiping you down and basically employing the gestapo tactics enough before this, they will be now, and now, your wheelchair and laptops will be even more suspect. Of course, Islam has not even been mentioned in the media, but we do know that Islamic jihadis attack even their own.
