The man behind exposing the ghoulish practice of Planned Parenthood’s illegal sale of murdered baby’s body parts has filed a motion that requests a federal judge be disqualified after ordering videos that show abortionists discussing the dismemberment of babies to be removed from the internet.

David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress’ attorneys filed the motion in US District Court in Northern California on June 7 which requests the disqualification of Judge William H. Orrick III based “on the grounds that there is evidence of bias in favor of the plaintiff and prejudice against the defendants.”

In an irony that is almost laughable if it were not so serious, the plaintiffs in the case, National Abortion Federation, claim that the videos endanger the lives of their hitmen, the abortionists.

Imagine that!  These people actually are in fear for their lives while murdering thousands of babies every day.  You cannot get any more twisted and depraved than that.

In the latest video released by CMP, which contained video that was filmed at NAF trade shows, where these baby butchers are laughing and discussing what they do saying such things as “the head that gets stuck that we can’t get out,” and “an eyeball just fell down into my lap, and that is gross!”

Judge Orrick ordered the censoring of the videos at the end of May to any video links and references to NAF member identities.

Like the spineless people they are, YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and LiveLeak all complied with the judge’s order in spite of the First Amendment’s provisions on freedom of the press and no law shall be written to curb free speech.  Therefore, the judge’s order is illegal and unconstitutional.

According to the motion, Daleiden provided an affidavit that provides evidence for why Orrick should be disqualified.

This includes Judge Orrick’s longstanding relationship as a past board member, and more recently as an emeritus board member, of an organization that has a “key partnership” with a Planned Parenthood affiliate that is a member of the plaintiff National Abortion Federation (NAF). Judge Orrick’s wife has also posted public comments, pictured with her husband, that are supportive of Planned Parenthood and critical of these moving defendants. For this reason, and the others set forth below, Daleiden and CMP respectfully request that Judge Orrick be recused from this case and that a stay be granted on all proceedings in this case until this motion is heard.

The affidavit also points out Orrick’s affiliation and advising of Good Samaritan Family Resource Center, which is tied to Planned Parenthood, when it was unionized and then assisted them on several legal issues from 1986 to 2009.

Orrick’s wife was also discussed in the affidavit.

I learned that, no later than the fall of 2015 Mrs. Orrick, “pinkified” her Facebook page and added the “I stand with Planned Parenthood” overlay across her profile picture. Planned Parenthood urged its supporters to add these elements to their Facebook pages as part of a social media campaign orchestrated specifically in response to the release of videos by myself and CMP. “Pinkifying” showed one’s support for Planned Parenthood and one’s belief that the videos were fraudulent.

Just days ago, I further discovered that Mrs. Orrick “liked” a Facebook post by the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) that described my and CMP’s work as “heavily edited videos by a sham organization run by extremists who will stop at nothing to deny women legal abortion services.” The Facebook post also appeared to describe our videos as “domestic terrorism” against abortion providers.

Mrs. Orrick also liked a Facebook Post by “Keep America Pro-Choice” that applauded my indictment in Harris County, Texas, which was ultimately dismissed as invalid by two different judges. Both “likes” were accompanied by a profile picture featuring Judge and Mrs. Orrick.

Orrick was also behind introducing now-Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) at a fundraiser when she was seeking to be California’s attorney general.

“I raised money and sponsored an event for the campaign of Kamala Harris for Attorney General in 2009, before I joined the Department of Justice,” Orrick said.

What’s interesting is that Harris defeated then-Los Angeles district attorney Steven Cooley, whose law firm, Steven Cooley & Associates, now represents Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, who are facing 15 felony counts under California’s pretended law of protecting “confidential” conversations.

“Then-Attorney General, now U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris, wielded unprecedented police power against a true American journalist while civil suits were already pending in Federal District Court concerning the same video-recordings,” says Cooley. “Public Records Act requests filed by SCA reveal the Attorney General’s real interest, in this case, is entirely political, meant to manipulate the law to do the bidding of their benefactors at Planned Parenthood.”

We know that Harris and her office conspired with Planned Parenthood to introduce the legislation to attack Daleiden and his team for exposing their corruption and crimes via the means of undercover investigative videos, a clear attack on freedom of the press.

The charges against Daleiden and Merritt came on March 28, 2017 via the new California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra.

Both Becerra and Harris received contributions from Planned Parenthood and Harris took in a whopping $39,855 from the Abortion Policy/Pro-Abortion Rights lobby group, according to OpenSecrets.org.  She also garnered $15,000 from Planned Parenthood for her attorney general campaign.

Dalieden has already had charges against him dismissed in 2016.  Now, he is continually being harassed by the state of California.  These people have no shame.  They murder the most innocent among us in ways that would make the Islamic State blush, then hypocritically fear for the lives of their hitmen and women for simply letting them speak with their own mouths, and then seek to silence those who are exposing their crimes.

Judge Orrick should be impeached.  Senator Harris should be removed from office, and Attorney General Xavier Becerra should also be removed, along with every single legislator that approved of the bill that openly attacks freedom of the press under the guise of “protecting” private conversations.  If you don’t want your conversations exposes, keep your mouth shut!
