Virginia Governor & Representatives Are Going To Have To Change Their Flag If They Advance Their Unlawful Anti-First Amendment Legislation
“Sic Semper Tyrannis” is the motto on the Virginia state flag and it was the words uttered by John Wilkes Booth when he assassinated the tyrant, Abraham Lincoln. It simply means “Thus always to tyrants.” Of course, the picture on the state flag bears the imagery of Virtus, the genius of the Commonwealth, dressed as an Amazon, resting on a spear in her right hand, point downward, touching the earth; and holding in her left hand, a sheathed sword, or parazonium, pointing upward; her head erect and face upturned; her left foot on the form of tyranny represented by the prostrate body of a man, with his head to her left, his fallen crown nearby, a broken chain in his left hand, and a scourge in his right. Now, why might the flag and seal of the state need to be changed? Because Democrat representatives, along with Governor Ralph Northam want to make it a crime for you to speak harshly against them for their crimes against the people.
House Bill 1627 was introduced by Delegate Jeffrey M. Bourne last week.
According to the bill, it “provides that certain crimes relating to threats and harassment may be prosecuted in the City of Richmond if the victim is the Governor, Governor-elect, Lieutenant Governor, Lieutenant Governor-elect, Attorney General, or Attorney General-elect, a member or employee of the General Assembly, a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, or a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.”
Ah, yes, the elites. It’s not to protect the “little people” they serve, is it?
So, just what certain crimes is this bill targeting?
“If any person, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person, shall use a computer or computer network to communicate obscene, vulgar, profane, lewd, lascivious, or indecent language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature, or threaten any illegal or immoral act, he is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor,” the bill reads.
OK, first, if there is a threat of illegal action, isn’t that already a crime? Why, yes it is. I’m pretty sure, Virginia already has laws against obscenity and public lewdness on the books that they simply don’t enforce.
This isn’t about acting lawfully. It’s about intimidation of one’s political opponents, just like the lies Northam spread ahead of Lobby Day regarding the capital being stormed by the militia.
Tina Freitas, wife of Republican Delegate Nick Freitas, shared the sentiment that it was clearly an intimidation tactic and protection of their “elite status” from criticism.
Referring to the bill, Freitas wrote, “Wow on cue, now they are after the 1A! Dems are trying to set up special rules exclusive to the Elite ruling class, to protect themselves from criticism!”
“What is considered harassment?” she added. “Is Governor Infanticide/KKK Hood trying to avoid being held accountable? Are we no longer allowed to demand justice for the alleged rape victims of LG Fairfax? This is some straight up communist censorship!”
So, Virginia attacks the rights of its people to keep and bear arms, then they come right behind it an attack their freedom of speech to criticize them in a manner they don’t approve. Remember, this is not for the common man, just the Virginia elites, a special pretended legislation just for them.
As I attended Lobby Day on Monday, I heard the talks of bringing back “tarring and feathering” and “public hangings” for criminal politicians. I’m thinking that day is close at hand, Virginia. Perhaps, Virginians could take the lead on this one and other states simply follow suit until we get rid of the corruption in government.
After all, our forefathers did that same in order to secure liberty.
This brings me to altering the flag and seal. The very imagery and motto are firmly against these criminal politicians in Virginia. They are either going to have to alter the flag and seal, or be held to account for what should happen to those who engage in tyranny. The imagery is nothing short of putting down tyrants, and I’m pretty sure, it doesn’t just mean letting them resign or electing someone to fill their shoes.
What’s it gonna be?
Sic Semper Tyrannis!
