Black Thug Murders Sheriff’s Deputy at Gas Station in Houston
This is all part of what the Barack Obama administration has stirred up: A race war. Late Friday night in a suburb of Houston, sheriff’s deputy Darren Goforth was shot dead by a black thug while filling his patrol car with gas.
ABC reports:
Goforth, a Harris County Sheriff’s deputy, was filling up his patrol car at a gas station near Houston when a man approached him from behind and shot him several times, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Goforth, 47, died at the gas station.
Goforth had just finished up dealing with an accident and had stopped for gas. While he was pumping gas, the coward that murdered him approached him from behind. Without saying a word, the thug fired multiple shots at Goforth. Once the officer fell, the suspect fired several more shots.
According to surveillance footage, the suspect is a black male, approximately 5’10”. He was wearing dark shorts and a white shirt and drove a red or maroon-colored Ford Ranger.

Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman said: “I’ve been in law enforcement 45 years. I don’t recall another incident this cold-blooded and cowardly. It strikes us all at the heart of public service.”
Harris County DA Devon Anderson added: “It’s an act of cowardice and brutality the likes of which I’ve never seen.”
KTRK reports that there is a person in custody:
A person of interest is in custody after the deadly ambush of a Harris County sheriff’s deputy, fatally gunned down without warning Friday night while filling up his patrol car at a northwest Harris County gas station.
We’ve learned the person of interest is inside the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in east Houston and continues to be questioned. So far, no one has been charged.
…
An intense manhunt covered Harris County for hours overnight. At about 2:30am, authorities converged on a home on Crystal Lake in Copperfield, led there by a tip. The focus of the investigation is on the red pickup truck in the home’s driveway. The person of interest was taken into custody at what’s said to be his mother’s house. His identity has not been released.
A woman inside the house identified as the man’s mother said that he was with her when the incident occurred and that he was innocent, according to KTRK.
Goforth’s brother-in-law called Goforth the “rock” of the family and said that his service in the sheriff’s office was “his calling.”
“He wanted to spend his whole life in it once he got in it. … He was kind of born for it.”
Mr. Goforth, 47, was a ten year veteran of the sheriff’s office. He leaves behind a wife and two children, ages 12 and 5.
A press conference was held with details of what took place. You can watch that below.
