In a viral video put out by a woman that has obviously drunk the COVID Kool-aid, a California woman confronts employees, shoppers and even a nurse in the local CVS store regarding the lies being told about COVID and masks.  The video has gone viral and this woman is saying what many of us have been saying for nearly a year!

New Medical Study: Face Masks Aren’t Protecting You

The unidentified woman was seen challenging employees at the pharmacy who refused to serve her until she put on a face mask.

“Doesn’t it occur to anyone that this doesn’t make any sense?” the woman said. “That healthy people should be treated like they’re sick?”

Employees could be heard arguing with the woman to wear a mask for service, to follow the state mandate and abide by the store’s coronavirus policies.

“Why would I follow the nonsensical rule?” the shopper asked. “Why would I be treated like a sick person?”

“I will report you. I will report you,” the woman said after one employee informed her that the store’s policy allows them to refuse her service if she does not comply. “So you are breaking a law here, not me.”

“There’s like 36 people with COVID in the ICU. Whenever there’s a flu, there’s only two or three patients at a time in the ICU,” the nurse explained. “Literally the entire hospital is COVID cases. This has never happened.”

“I’m not saying COVID’s not real, I’m just saying I’m not sick,” the woman pushed back, adding that asymptotic spread of the virus “has been shown to be a myth.”

“Why am I going to be treated like a sick person?” she asked. “This is not what they are telling us it is. It’s a lie.”

“will go on and on and on as long as they feed us this lie and we comply with it.”

“I’m done! Tonight, I reached a breaking point and I’m done! I know I’m not reaching anyone here, I don’t care,” she added.

“I’m a healthy person. I’m not crazy,” she said. “This is like psychosis for everyone to put all this stuff on their face when they’re healthy.”

The other shopper appeared to tell the woman that she was an off-duty officer with the Los Angeles Police Department and was going to call the police.

“Go ahead!” the shopper responded. “They can’t arrest me because there’s no law.”

No, they can’t arrest her for not wearing a mask.  At this point, the only reason for arrest would be trespassing if she was asked to leave.  However, refusing her service due to her not wearing a mask is a violation of federal law, which we covered previously.

If you are an employee, here is the law, according to Title VII of H.R. 7152, aka the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“Sec. 703. (a) It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer—
(1) To fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate
against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or
privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or
national origin; or
(2) To limit, segregate, or classify his employees in any way which would deprive or tend
to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect
his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or
national origin.
(d) It shall be an unlawful employment practice for any employer, labor organization,
or joint labor-management committee controlling apprenticeship or other training or
retraining, including on-the-job training programs to discriminate against any
individual because of his race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in admission to, or
employment in, any program established to provide apprenticeship or other training.”

If you are a customer, here is the law, according to Title II of H.R. 7152, aka the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“Sec. 202. All persons shall be entitled to be free, at any establishment or place, from
discrimination or segregation of any kind on the ground of race, color, religion, or
national origin, if such discrimination or segregation is or purports to be required by any
law, statute, ordinance, regulation, rule, or order of a State or any agency or political
subdivision thereof.
Sec. 203. No person shall (a) withhold, deny or attempt to withhold or deny, or deprive or
attempt to deprive, any person of any right or privilege secured by section 201 or 202, or
(b) intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any
person with the purpose of interfering with any right or privilege secured by section 201
or 202, or (c) punish or attempt to punish any person for exercising or attempting to
exercise any right or privilege secured by section 201 or 202.”

The videos were tweeted out by a woman named Ty Stiklorius who wrote, “My son & I were at CVS in Los Angeles, the epicenter of the virus where 1 person is dying every 10 mins from COVID-19 & this woman was refusing to wear a mask & arguing with everyone. The selfishness she exhibited was intense. It blew our minds. My 10-yr-old has more sense.”

The New England Journal of Medicine writes:

We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection. Public health authorities define a significant exposure to Covid-19 as face-to-face contact within 6 feet with a patient with symptomatic Covid-19 that is sustained for at least a few minutes (and some say more than 10 minutes or even 30 minutes). The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic.

The “sense” Ms. Stiklorius is referring to is stupidity and ignorance, compounded by fear.  She can’t even prove anyone has COVID as the CDC admits it has never been isolated.

The CDC also discovered that the majority of alleged COVID cases were that of mask wearers.

Furthermore, in her attempt to berate this healthy woman who refuses to submit to the fear of lying tyrants and people like Ms. Stiklorius, she has put the message regarding the lies of COVID and mask wearing out to a bigger audience than the woman intended.
