The Trump administration brokered a deal/agreement with Mexico for the corrupt, criminal, cartel-controlled nation to enforce its own immigration laws along its southern border in order to decrease the number of illegal alien invaders entering the US through our southern border.  There is skepticism that Mexico will not honor the agreement and the agreement will not control the illegal alien invasion of the united States.  Not only do American citizens have concern our government is relying on the cooperation of foreign entities to assist the US in controlling the influx of illegal alien invaders across our border, citizens are concerned about government agents leaving gates open along the border making it easier for illegal alien invaders to cross into the US.

A newly-constructed half-mile border wall funded by the American people through the “We Build The Wall” private group near the Texas-New Mexico border has just faced it’s first major challenge – government officials reportedly went out Monday evening, opened the gate, and LOCKED it open.

The 18-foot steel bollard wall was built along the southern border between El, Paso Texas and Sunland Park, New Mexico. The wall closes a gap across rugged terrain, and connects two 21-mile sections of fencing between an El Paso wall and another wall in Sunland Park. The open gap has reportedly been a hotbed for human and drug trafficking.

Jim Benvie, an independent reporter who has been documenting activity along the border to his Facebook followers, posted a video Monday evening explaining what had just taken place. He said the ACLU filed a lawsuit with the local Water Commission and the Bureau of Land Management. As a result, federal officers came and opened the gate, and put a padlock on it, preventing it from being closed.

“We’re going to fight this,” an outraged Benvie said. “This is the government locking the gate open so people can come in, after you built this wall!”

A co-owner of the property chimed in, equally outraged, and said, “This is a bunch of leftist, Obama holdovers. That’s all I’ve got to say!”

Benvie said the gate had been built to provide access for Border Patrol agents, but confirmed that U.S. Border Patrol were not the ones who locked the gate open.  He said Border Patrol would never do that. “They love this gate,” he said, adding that the gate was opened by the International Boundary and Water Commission.

Benvie provided video of the activity of government agents at the open gate.

This should be disturbing to all American citizens.  Not only are drug and human trafficking organizations entering unimpeded, the open gate provides criminals and terrorists easy access into the united States.  The government, authorized by the Constitution to protect the States from invasion, has and is failing to perform its duty;  therefore, States, upon impeding danger and actual invasion, are constitutionally authorized to engage in war.

The big question is, what is the International Boundary and Water Commission?  According to their website, the IBWC, established in 1889, exists to “provide binational solutions to issues that arise during the application of United States – Mexico treaties regarding boundary demarcation, national ownership of waters, sanitation, water quality, and flood control in the border region.”  The next question is, what does boundary demarcation, national ownership of waters, sanitation, water quality, and flood control in the border region have to do with illegal alien invasion?  Nothing.  So, why are those government officials locking an entry point open instead of closed?

Kolfage referred to President Trump’s tweet from May 30, regarding the largest apprehension ever of 1,036 illegal aliens in the same area on May 29th. He alleged the massive group got across because the border gates had been left open.

According to WND.com, Judicial Watch has confirmed via a captured ISIS fighter there exists a route through Mexico and across the US southern border for ISIS terrorists as well as an ISIS training cell in Mexico only a few miles from El Paso, Texas.  The captured fighter revealed details of a plot in which “jihadists enter the country through the southern border to carry out an attack.”

“The terrorists begin their journey in Central America and exploit vulnerabilities in the Mexican border to reach the U.S., according to Abu Henricki, an ISIS soldier captured by the Syrian Democratic Forces in Rojava, Syria,” Judicial Watch reported Tuesday.

“Henricki and 160 of his fellow terrorists were interviewed at length by a research group called the International Center for the Study of Violent Extremism. The nonpartisan organization published its findings recently in an alarming report that includes a video of the interview with the captured terrorist, who is Canadian and has dual Trinidadian citizenship.”

According to that report, Henrick explained, “They were going to move me to the Mexican side [of the U.S. southern border] via Puerto Rico. This was mastermind[ed] by a guy in America. Where he is, I do not know. That information, the plan came from someone from the New Jersey state from America. I was going to take a boat [from Puerto Rico] into Mexico. He was going to smuggle me in.”

The researchers’ report shows some fighters were to travel from Syria.

Ranchers and farmers along the US-Mexico southern border reported finding rugs used in Islamic prayer worship near the border.  One rancher, who requested anonymity, called the find “scary” because no one knows what is crossing the border into the US and indicated that it just isn’t Mexicans coming across the border.

If this isn’t enough to warrant calling the citizen militia and state guards to repel this invasion, there exists a possibility of an individual infected with Ebola to enter illegally and undetected.

WND.com reported:

Border Patrol agents are accustomed to dealing with illegal aliens trying to enter the U.S. And to handling drug dealers, or at least those who haul contraband into the U.S. There even are occasional shootings at the agency’s facilities.

But there’s probably nothing to trigger a surge in adrenaline for one of those federal workers as realizing that the person you just encountered may be infected with tuberculosis, or measles, or chicken pox.

Or Ebola.

The fact that newcomers are bringing communicable diseases into the U.S. isn’t new. But there have been some recent reports that are cause for alarm.

Kalen McBreen reported at Infowars that “hundreds” of newcomers today have come from an area in the Congo in Africa to San Antonio, and hundreds more are en route.

The issue?

That area of the Conge is currently experiencing a massive Ebola virus outbreak, and, the report said, the World Health Organization confirmed one in four Ebola infections in Congo are going undetected.

Then there was the MS-13 gang member who was presenting himself at the border as part of a “family.”

With him was a child about 18 months old.

With chicken pox.

Friends, it is important that our republic, the government, perform its duty to protect the States from invasion for the very problems previously cited.  But, since the federal government has refused to do its constitutionally authorized duty, it falls to the States and/or the people to repel the invasion ourselves.  We already know how adults presenting with children are handled.  And, we know illegal alien invaders “trading their children” to childless individuals in order to help these people enter the US has become big business.  The current handling of illegal alien invaders at our southern border has fostered child abuse and exploitation, which is a disgrace to our republic and a reflection on the vocal minority supporting open borders and unfettered immigration.

Citizens of the States will need to man up, demand the State legislature call up their guard, to thwart the dangers entering this republic because of an unsecured border.  If the border is not secured, be prepared to kiss the US goodbye.
