Kim Davis Released from Jail! – Still won’t Issue Sodomites Marriage Licenses
Kim Davis was released from a Grayson, Kentucky jail on Tuesday, on the order of the same Bush-appointed pro-s0domite judge who ordered her to be jailed.
The release came just ahead of a rally led by former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee to support Mrs. Davis.

Judge David Bunning’s tyrannical threats brought pressure under members of Davis’ office and those people issuing marriage licenses are doing so not under Kentucky law, but under Bunning’s threats of jail. They should be the ones going to jail for violation of the law, along with all sodomites receiving the licenses.
Kentucky law is clear, that sodomy is a crime, that sodomites cannot marry and that only the Clerk can issue marriage licenses. Kentucky law and its constitution both state that marriage is between one man and one woman.
As I have pointed out, Judge Bunning is out of his jurisdiction. However, he thinks he has the upper hand.
An order issued today by U.S. District Judge David Bunning said: “After remanding Defendant Davis to the custody of the U.S. Marshal, five of her six deputy clerks stated under oath that they would comply with the Court’s Order and issue marriage licenses to all legally eligible couples.”
“On September 8, 2015, Plaintiffs filed a Status Report at the Court’s behest. According to the Report, Plaintiffs have obtained marriage licenses from the Rowan County Clerk’s Office,” the order noted. “The Court is therefore satisfied that the clerk’s office is fulfilling its obligation to issue marriage licenses to all legally eligible couples.”
So, why is Bunning releasing Davis now? The pressure is being brought to bear, but he believes the people in her office will continue issuing those licenses. Davis’ attorney Roger Gannam said that she isn’t backing down from her position.
As for Huckabee, he said, “Today I was proud to stand with Kim Davis as she was released from jail. Kim Davis should have never been locked up for being a Christian and for following her conscience and the law.”
“I told Kim today that I feel she has shown more courage than any politician I know and any pastor I know,” Huckabee told reporters. “If someone needs to go to jail, I am willing to go to jail in her place. We cannot criminalize the Christian faith or any faith in this country.”
Then there was a comment by RINO Chris Christie, in which he said, “People have a right to practice their religion. Now, I’ve said what I would do with this woman is to move her to another job where this is not an objection for her. Because you have to follow the law — and the law has to be these licenses have to be issued.”
“I think we should give her an option to do another job where her religious concerns are not going to be put into the cross hairs on this,” he added. “So we have to have respect for people, but the government also has to function.”
The problem with Christie’s comments are the same as his comments in the first GOP debate, he doesn’t follow law! He follows emotional opinions. He brought up the 9/11 emotional argument to violate the Fourth Amendment. Now, he’s bringing up an emotional argument because he is pro-sodomite. The law was being followed!
The communist ACLU sided with Christie. Dan J. Canon issued a statement that said, “The goal was to get Ms. Davis to issue licenses, and to stop imposing her religious beliefs on the citizens she was elected to serve. That goal has been achieved, for now. We are hopeful that Ms. Davis will comply with the Court’s orders and let her deputies continue to do their jobs.”
Mat Staver spoke on behalf of Davis concerning whether or not she would be interfering with those in her office who illegally issued sodomites marriage licenses saying, “Kim Davis cannot and will not violate her conscience her conscience remains cleared.”
Now, the calls are being made to remove her name from those licenses. In fact, one could argue that is forgery, which is also illegal. Second, while I get that her conscience seems to be at the center of the dispute, the fact is that the law is at the center of the dispute. Kentucky law is aligned with God’s law on both marriage and sodomy. There is no opposition. What is at odds are lawless judges and squeamish sheriffs, federal marshals and those who kept her in jail against the law. Judge Bunning had no lawful authority to jail Kim Davis.
This should not be the end. Mrs. Davis and Liberty Counsel need to strike back and strike back hard. They need to bring about justice for Mrs. Davis and the people of Kentucky. They need to see Judge David Bunning impeached for his unlawful conduct and they need to see everyone in her office who issued a marriage license to a sodomite, brought up on charges and removed from their position.
