When reading the “news” from any site, one has to be careful and read with discernment and critical thinking. One has to keep in mind all the information that has been brought to light, the past situations and the response to those situations by government and resist a “knee-jerk” reaction. Here’s a case in point.

The Epoch Times reported that China has locked down many cities in that country for an outbreak of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. Reading this with the knowledge gained over the last two years about COVID-19 and government response, one has to question where this is going and why.

Before delving into the narrative, take a good look at the picture accompanying the article at the very beginning. “A volunteer disinfects the area as it snows during the COVID-19 lockdown in Changchun in northeast China’s Jilin province on March 12, 2022”, reads the caption. This individual is “disinfecting” the outdoors. You can’t make this stuff up. But, I digress.

China on March 13 placed two more cities under lockdown, including its southern business center of Shenzhen, amid a fresh spike of COVID-19 cases across the country fueled by the fast-spreading Omicron variant.

The new restrictions came after the country’s leader Xi Jinping and health experts signaled the communist regime might switch to a softer COVID-19 response model.

The Chinese regime currently has a so-called “dynamic-zero” policy that attempts to bring outbreaks under control as soon as possible through measures including mass testing, digital surveillance, mandatory isolation, and targeted lockdowns. Critics say such harsh measures hurt the economy and send ripples through global supply chains.

So, China has been placing their people in cities under lockdown due to outbreaks of the Omicron variant of COVID-19, but two more cities were added on March 13^th. Interestingly, China’s leader and health experts were floating the idea of a “softer” response model to COVID-19. But, the regime has kept a “dynamic-zero” policy to bring “outbreaks” under control using non-pharmaceutical countermeasures and police-state surveillance. The best critics can offer is this “hurts the economy” and the global supply chains.

How do you have “variants” when the entire particle supposedly causing COVID-19 has not been properly isolated, proven to exist, or cause any illness? Moreover, while international organizations, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) praised China in the past for their heavy-handed measures to “control the pandemic”, everyone has since learned these measures were useless to do anything. In fact, no good came from those measures; but, people suffered egregious harms because of them. And, when it comes to testing, does all that information have to be repeated about the inappropriate use of that PCR test? Remember, a “case” does not mean someone is sick – quite the opposite is true.

Despite stringent control efforts, domestic infections continue to surge in recent days. China reported 1,807 confirmed local infections on Sunday, more than triple the 476 the previous day. The National Health Commission also announced 1,315 asymptomatic local cases, which the country didn’t classify as confirmed cases.

The cases reported on Sunday were scattered in 19 of the country’s 31 provinces.

While China’s current case count is likely not to reflect the actual total, given that the Chinese regime is known to grossly underreport its virus numbers, the official figure is climbing at the rate that the county has never seen since the first outbreak in Wuhan two years ago.

Compare the “confirmed local infections” with asymptomatic local cases. Asymptomatic means one is NOT sick or ill. We know the PCR test is highly inaccurate and governments have been engaged in inappropriate use of the PCR test; therefore, there is no reason to take these numbers seriously. And, infections are being used interchangeably with “cases”. That is a comparison of apples and oranges. These purported “cases” were distributed in 19 of the 31 provinces in China. Right on cue, there is the “fear generating” sentence – “While China’s current case count is likely not to reflect the actual total, given that the Chinese regime is known to grossly underreport its virus numbers, the official figure is climbing at the rate that the country has never seen since the first outbreak in Wuhan two years ago.”

It gets even better. Millions have been “locked down” because of these numbers scattered over 19 provinces.

Cangzhou house arrested (locked down) its 7 million residents. Shenzhen likewise locked down its 17.5 million populace for a week while implementing three rounds of citywide testing. Shanghai ordered its 24 million residents not to leave unless necessary and a proof of negative PCR test for those entering and leaving.

Jilin Province, where infections accounted for nearly 80 percent of the national total, is stepping up COVID control measures, according to Zhang Yan, deputy director of the provincial Health Commission.

The outbreak reflects “emergency response mechanisms in some areas are not sound enough,” Zhang said at Sunday’s news briefing.

Two cities in Jilin Province have been placed under lockdown since March 11. Changchun city gave its 9 million residents a stay-at-home order, with one household permitted to send one person out to buy necessities every two days. The nearby city of Jilin has been placed under regional lockdown.

Jilin, a city that bears the same name as the surrounding province, is rolling out the seventh round of mass testing of its 3.6 million people on Sunday.

While the city hasn’t announced a citywide lockdown, the authorities send people who received positive results and their close contacts to centralized quarantine centers.

Millions are under “lockdown” measures, restricted in their movements, and some are being sent to “centralized quarantine centers”. This is over a “variant” of a particle that has not been proven to exist, been properly isolated or shown to cause illness. If we go by what some scientists have stated – “Omicron is akin to a mild flu and is best chance for developing immunity”, why the harsh reaction to this illness? Remember, there has been no “cold and flu” seasons for two years.

According to The Epoch Times, “The city is scrambling to complete the construction of an isolation facility with 6,000 rooms, as well as three makeshift hospitals with 10,000 beds for COVID-19 patients, the state-aligned news agency Xinhua said on Sunday. Jilin has built three temporary hospitals with 1,200 beds to deal with patients with mild or no symptoms, stated the report.”

The city of Jilin is building an isolation facility for COVID-19 patients and has three temporary hospitals to accommodate individuals with mild or “no symptoms”. Without symptoms, one is NOT sick.

Local government officials in some areas of China have been dismissed, some for unspecified reasons; others were dismissed because of “regional outbreaks” of COVID-19.

The mayors of Jilin city and Jiutai district in Changchun city were dismissed without specifying reasons, Xinhua reported.

Six Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials, including a deputy chief of provincial public security department, were removed from their roles due to the regional outbreak in Dongguan, a nearby city of Shenzhen, the Party-owned China Daily announced on Sunday.

Officials should “resolutely hold the bottom line of avoiding large-scale resurgence,” Sun Chunlan, China’s vice premier, said on March 12.

These officials were removed for specific reasons that have nothing to do with any outbreak of any supposed illness. It’s a ruse. Guarantee you, those removed for “unspecified reasons” were based on politics.

The urgency is more than likely due to the CCP’s 20^th Party Congress this year. What if this is all a ruse in China to stem dissidents and those opposed to the “party” from making a ruckus at the Party Congress? What if it is not COVID-19 ill individuals being sent to quarantine or isolation facilities, but those in opposition to Xi (Winnie the Pooh) Jinping? This “Omicron variant” could be an excuse used by the CCP to silence its opposition for the upcoming “congress”. Don’t forget that China has a track record of gross human rights violations and genocide.

Everyone should remember the photo that emerged from China while the US and much of the world was in house arrest. Numerous Chinese citizens were seen on floatation devices at a water park without masks and certainly not social distancing! Are we really going to believe these extreme measures are due to some “variant”? Isn’t the timing suspicious?

It is surprising The Epoch Times would even cover this with all the questionable statements by the author. Everyone knows you cannot believe what comes out of the media in China or what that government says. You cannot believe the Operation Mockingbird media here or the US government.

Read with discernment and dissect everything. Question it all, even from alternative media sources. Do your own research and keep all the knowledge gained during this “planned scam-demic” close at hand. It will pay in the long run.
