Normally, I would take a video like this and transcribe it, but frankly, a lot of it is difficult to understand due to the guy who is filming it breathing heavy and the Australian accents used.  However, I love when people know the law and know their rights and stand up to ignorant, unthinking agents of the state.  This is one of those moments.

The video was posted by Deno Budimir of Sydney, Australia on Facebook with a description, “Oh look, he knows what he’s talking about, he must be a ‘sovereign citizen.'”

Indeed, he is sovereign and he does know what he is doing.

The cops he is correcting are with the Victorian Police Department.

Take a look.

You’ll notice these cops have arrived because they heard there was a gathering at this man’s private gym.

You’ll also notice that it is not against any law to have such a gathering and that this is related to unlawful policies, not law, for which these agents of the state came onto private property.

What’s absolutely hilarious is you know the cops aren’t buying any of this COVID-19 nonsense that is being shoved down people’s throats even though the first cop who begins talking steps back from the MMA fighter who owns the gym as though he will somehow give him a virus, which he couldn’t if he tried.

The owner clearly knows the law, has posted a no trespassing sign on his door and begins to provide an education to the cops that they should have been taught before they took the job.

There are also a few funny spots in the video, as well.

In the end, in this battle of the wits, it didn’t come down to who had more muscle, but who had the most knowledge and was able to wield it.
