The federal government seems to be in the business of withholding exculpatory evidence.  Justice Department prosecutors did it in the Bundy Ranch trials, and it appears the FBI did it in Oregon concerning one of their own snipers lying about shooting at LaVoy Finicum in 2016. 

That the prosecutors who committed and furthered this gross prosecutorial misconduct would now seek to file a notice of appeal underscores that the U.S. Department of Justice has become the Department of Injustice

The Oregonian is doing nothing more than the Southern Poverty Law Center did when they mapped out those who speak out against the sodomite community and lovingly call them to repentance, while that very mapping encouraged and provided the information a gunman needed to go to a pro-life organization and seek to commit mass murder. 

According to a recent test conducted by the Communist organization known as the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), 28 members of Congress were matched to mugshots.

A bombshell was delivered by the prosecution in which they alleged that a total of eight shots were fired, but only two shell casings were recovered.  They claim that Astarita took that other six shell casings.

West coast cities are really struggling to deal with this crisis right now, and it is hard to imagine how they will deal with the tsunami of human suffering that is coming their way once economic conditions begin to sour.

Napolitano warns that if due process goes by the wayside, so do all other liberties that are to be protected by the Constitution.

The law is not being upheld because no one is pushing back hard enough at all levels to make sure the law is upheld. The aggressive dog is not being disciplined or disciplined appropriately by the handler or owner.

Good move by the judge in Deerfield, Illinois!  The only thing that would have been better is for the court to rule that the ban was just plain unconstitutional and an infringement upon the people’s rights in that town.

It isn’t a surprise that so many have decided to educate their children themselves.  And as schools continue to fail, and authoritarian policies continue to wreak havoc on our society, more will wake up to the absolute horror of what allowing the state to educate our children has done to the moral fabric of humanity.
