Texas Steps Up Following Louisiana Failure: Cuts Off Money to Planned Parenthood

It seems that Planned Parenthood is much like the “Beast” in The Eagles’ famous song, Hotel California.  We just can’t seem to kill it, no matter what we try.  There has been little effort, thus little success at the Federal level.  Time and again the states have shut off the money they provide, just to have the Federal Courts tell them that they cannot do that.  Now, Texas has come to the fight to defund Planned Parenthood.

Reuters reports:

Texas on Monday barred Planned Parenthood from receiving state Medicaid money, the latest setback for the women’s healthcare provider since it became embroiled in controversy over undercover videos about its handling of fetal tissue.

One of the main issues seems to be the fact that people still believe that Planned Parenthood provides healthcare services.  The idea that this organization is anything more than a murderer of babies is foolish at best.  But, even if we are to believe that they provide services, then how much would they really be missed?

Reuters continued:

Hours earlier in neighboring Louisiana, a federal judge blocked that state’s efforts to cut the group’s funding.

In a 59-page ruling, deGravelles found that Planned Parenthood would likely be able to prove that attempts to end its funding in Louisiana were unrelated to its competence.

“In fact, the uncontradicted evidence in the record at this time is that (Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast) does not perform abortions in Louisiana, is not involved in the sale of fetal tissue and none of the conduct in question occurred at the PPGC’s two Louisiana facilities,” the judge said in his ruling.

So, in all of the state of Louisiana there are only two facilities, none of which is licensed to perform anything other than a manual breast exam.  This exam is the equivalent of a woman feeling for lumps on her on her own breast.  We know this because as we reported this was the testimony given to the congress by Planned Parenthood.

And Texas may have decided to address this issue before it could even go to court.

USA Today reports:

The five-page letter sent to Texas clinics attempted to address the issue of access to other services.

“Your termination and that of all your affiliates will not affect access to care in this state because there are thousands of alternate providers in Texas, including federally qualified health centers, Medicaid-certified rural health clinics, and other healthcare providers across the state that participate in the Texas Women’s Health Program and Medicaid,” the letter said.

The idea that Planned Parenthood provides for anything other than the promotion of promiscuity and the murder of children is being exposed as a fraud.  This organization was formed for the destruction of all non-white races in America, by a racist.  Its initial intent was murder for profit, and that is what it has been practicing ever since.

The question remains:  Where are all those who would have the murders stopped, and why are you silent?
