The exciting new “police defunding” is about cutting cops to pay for social services for illegal alien invaders.

Take it from Denver.

A Democrat-controlled city announced $45 million in funding for programs to help deal with the skyrocketing number of migrant arrivals it is facing, resulting in over $8 million in budget cuts for the police department.

Denver Mayor Mike Johnston announced last week a package of $45.9 million to fully fund programs for “newcomers” for 2024 and avoid worst-case scenarios projected by the city. That’s in addition to $44 million in spending already secured for the program through previous budget moves.

Newcomers is a great euphemism. Much better than the attempt to rebrand violent teenage criminal thugs as “justice-involved youth”.

They should also start calling criminals “newcomers” like that “newcomer stole my cars”.

Since migrants are driving a crime wave, moving more money from law enforcement to housing, feeding, and gently tucking in the millions of military-age male invaders breaks the system at both ends.

And that’s how the domestic enemies of the nation roll.
