“Before complaining about getting up at 8:30 in the morning to go to work or to school, do consider the boys that paid the ultimate sacrifice on June 6,1944 while approaching Normandy.”

The very heart of our freedoms is found honoring the price paid for those freedoms (John 3:16; 1 Peter 3:18; 1 John 4:10, etc.).

Hundreds of thousands of men have fought bled and died to give us the freedoms that we have today (2 Corinthians 3:17).  How thankful we should all be.

In the way of properly thanking them, we not only salute them, but we also live for what the veterans died to give us (2 Corinthians 5:15).  Enjoy!
