The Sons Of Liberty Put Facebook On Alert: “Your Conduct Appears To Violate Various State & Federal Laws, Anti-Trust, Consumer Protection & Fraud”
Like many websites that have been illegally targeted by social media platforms like Facebook, Google, Twitter and YouTube, SonsOfLibertyMedia.com has also been censored. However, that is about to come to a stop and attorneys for The Sons Of Liberty have now issued a cease and desist letter to Facebook regarding their blatant targeting of the conservative, Christian and constitutional media outlet, or face a significant lawsuit.
In a letter dated September 3, 2019, attorneys from Davillier Law Group, LLC in Sandpoint, Idaho, sent a letter on behalf of The Sons Of Liberty to Mark Zuckerberg, Chairman and CEO of Facebook concerning “Silencing Sons of Liberty.”
The firm informed Facebook that it is now representing The Sons Of Liberty. They also reminded the publicly held company that they have been the recipients of a substantial sum of money in advertising from The Sons of Liberty over the course of several years as part of a business investment in SonsOfLibertyMedia.com.

“However, you now solicit the Sons of Liberty to advertise with you and to pay money in exchange for boosting reach while simultaneously disapproving its ads and surreptitiously restricting its reach,” the letter reads. “The Sons of Liberty relied on your representations and warranties in deciding to purchase your advertising and boost its reach, representations and warranties which you have breached.”
The firm then lays claim to Facebook’s deceitful practices and criminal activities, in much the same terms as investigative journalist Laura Loomer did in her $3,000,000,000 lawsuit against Facebook.
Laura Loomer Files Lawsuit Against Facebook for $3,000,000,000 for Defamation
“The Sons of Liberty appears to have been misled by you into building your services into its business model and believing that the boosts and ads it purchased would place the Sons of Liberty on the same playing field as other organizations vying for user interaction,” the firm writes. “Your conduct toward the Sons of Liberty as we understand it also appears to violate various state and federal laws, including, inter alia, provisions of federal and state anti-trust, consumer protection, and fraud in the inducement statutes.”
The letter then indicates the demands against Facebook by The Sons Of Liberty before they are forced to file suit against the corporate giant.
“We hereby demand that you completely restore our client’s account, remove advertising or distribution restrictions, remove the active deboost live distribution feature (or any other similar feature), and cease and desist from disapproving ads and boosts that are within the acceptable
bounds of your Policies,” the letter reads. “Our client has instructed us that, if the analytics that we review from now until September 10, 2019 do not reflect the changes demanded above, we are to take all necessary and lawful steps to vindicate our client’s good name and reputation, seek protection in the courts from Facebook, recover damages caused by your interference with contracts and prospective business relationships, and vigorously pursue all remedies available to it under the law, including the filing of complaints to the state attorneys general where each violation has occurred.”
“Please govern yourself accordingly,” reads the conclusion of the letter signed by D. Colton Boyles, Esq.
This is not the first time The Sons Of Liberty have taken big names to court. Several years ago, they pursued MSNBC and Rachel Maddow over manipulation of Bradlee Dean’s radio show, SonsOfLibertyRadio.com.
Dean is willing to do whatever it takes to seek justice in the matter, and even small-time reporters know this to be the case and have been very careful in their reporting of Dean and his ministry since the lawsuit against Maddow and MSNBC.
“Justice is the guardian of liberty,” Dean quotes often on his radio show, which is the number 1 show on GCN on Saturdays and number 2 just behind Alex Jones during the week.
Unless conservatives are willing to put their money where their mouths are, they will not only face censorship, they will be put out of the political arena.
As for Dean, he told SonsOfLibertyMedia.com, “This will encourage everyone to deal with them.”
“This is for other sites, as well,” he said, including those of his wife and his band.
“I want others to be encouraged,” Dean concluded.
Well, to that, I say a hearty, “Amen!”
Someone has to stand against the giants. While many talk big and bad and remain keyboard warriors, Bradlee Dean has set in motion the means to deal with the giants in the land. Should Facebook topple at this, the rest, including Google, YouTube, Twitter and others will all be in the sights of The Sons Of Liberty.
