While the Fifth Amendment does provide that rights not be infringed without conviction, there has been a plethora of crimes and dead bodies in the wake of the path of Hillary Clinton. Now, the White House is acknowledging that Clinton is under a “criminal investigation.”
“When a career prosecutor, or an FBI agent who is working on the Clinton investigation hears this president speak openly of how he wants Hillary Clinton to succeed him, you don’t think that that career prosecutor or that FBI agent takes that as some indication as how the president wants to see this case resolved?” queried a reporter to White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest.
“No,” Earnest began. “I think those career prosecutors understand that they have a job to do, and that job that they are supposed to do, which is to follow the facts and the evidence to a logical conclusion, that that is a job that they are responsible for doing without any sort of political interference, and the president expects them to do that job.”

“Look, this is the reason that we actually asked career federal prosecutors to take the lead on these kinds of matters,” Earnest continued. “They’re the ones who conduct this investigation and they don’t have political jobs. They have career jobs as law enforcement officers, prosecutors and investigators and that’s what their responsibility is. That’s why the president, when discussing this issue, in each stage has reiterated his commitment to this principle, that and criminal investigation should be conducted independent of any sort of political interference.”
Notice that Earnest referred to Clinton being under “criminal investigation.”
Compare that with what Clinton told the American people.
This woman doesn’t believe she should step out of the race for the White House over a serious national security issue. Yet, she is willing to infringe on the Fifth Amendment and the Second Amendment when it comes to investigations concerning people who have not been found guilty of a crime keeping and bearing arms.
Can you say hypocrisy?
