Wisconsin: 6 Illegal Aliens Busted In Child Sex Trafficking Ring
According to local news, the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office arrested six illegal aliens in connection with a child sex trafficking ring.
Fox 11 reports:
Deputies say on Nov. 28, they found a juvenile runaway on the side of the road. The girl told authorities she escaped from a residence where she was being sex trafficked.
Authorities served a search warrant at the residence in question, located at W2964 County Line Road in the town of Manchester.
Investigators say the search produced a number of evidence items believed to be connected to the alleged sexual assault of the juvenile.
Six men were arrested inside the home, all believed to be illegal aliens from Guatemala.
- Esler Hugo Rivera, male, 33
- Rolando Corado Gonzalez, male, 28
- Avelino Sarceno-Sarceno, male, 40
- Ember Rivera, male, 37
- Noe Bautista-Martinez, male 28
- Evis Amabilio Garcia-Rivera, male 31
Evia Amabilio Garcia-Rivera is suspected of trafficking the juvenile, as well as other suspects.
Sheriff’s deputies believe she was at the residence for weeks.
“She procured a phone and made a call, and just took advantage of an opportunity,” Deputy Matthew Vande Kolk told 27 News.
Deputies say a nearby dairy farm was renting the property and subletting to the men, who were workers at the farm.
Sheriff’s officials say Immigration and Customs Enforcement will be involved with the case.
The owner of the property tells 27 News he had no idea any of this was going on and hadn’t visited the property in person in many years.
The men were arrested for 2nd degree sexual assault.
The young girl was taken to the hospital and was recovering, according to reports.
The suspects have made court appearances, and are currently being held at the Green Lake County Correctional Facility on cash bonds that vary from $20,000 to $50,000.
The investigation is still ongoing.
