Why Won’t the DNC Release Evidence of Seth Rich’s Ties to Wikileaks?

The murder of DNC staffer and possible Wikileaks informant Seth Rich continues to remain largely silent in the mainstream media more than a year after his death.  What’s even more disturbing is the way the Democratic National Committee is handling the issue.  They are failing to provide pertinent information regarding whether or not Seth Rich actually was the informant that leaked tens of thousands of emails to Wikileaks just days before his murder.

Alicia Powe at WND reports:

WASHINGTON – A team of private investigators demanded the Democratic National Committee turn over “any and all” information that could help determine whether there is a link between the DNC email hacking during the 2016 presidential race and the mysterious murder of DNC employee Seth Rich.

But the DNC wouldn’t provide any information Thursday, claiming it’s “not interested in propagating conspiracy theories about a beloved colleague.”

While the DNC insists that its email was hacked by Russia in a grand conspiracy to assist Donald Trump in “rigging” the election, the Profiling Project pointed out in a letter to DNC Chairman Tom Perez that Guccifer 2.0 categorically denied links between the Russian government and the hacked documents.

“There have been all sorts of reporting in the media on the DNC computer hacking on June 14, 2016, one month before Mr. Rich’s murder,” the letter states. “At the time, the DNC blamed the hacking on two groups associated with Russian intelligence. However, a blogger named Guccifer 2.0 subsequently claimed that he hacked your computer system, and passed along thousands of pages of files to WikiLeaks.

“Subsequent unsubstantiated reports have linked Mr. Rich’s murder with either Russia or WikiLeaks or both, suggesting that Mr. Rich was the source of the emails or he was connected in some other way.”

Why not?  Why will the DNC continue to not seriously engage the public and the media in regards to finding Rich’s murderers and providing vital information?  I’m simply asking, are they attempting to coverup a murder they were involved in?  Before you write me off as a conspiracy theorist, consider what had taken place.

The 2016 presidential elections were just months away.  Rich discovers improprieties in the DNC and seek to leak that information, believing it is in the country’s best interest to know the truth.  When this is discovered, a hit is put out on him and within two weeks of his murder, Wikileaks releases tens of thousands of emails that paint an ugly picture of members of the Democratic Party, the Hillary Clinton campaign and their attempts to promote Clinton over her opponent Bernie Sanders.

The only thing we know that the DNC did regarding Seth Rich was to dedicate a bike rack to him.

The DNC honored its murdered employee, Seth Rich, by dedicating a bike rack with this plaque outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory

That’s it?  A bike rack dedication at its headquarters?

Consider that WikiLeaks issued a $20,000 reward for information leading to a conviction for the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.  On top of that, the Washington Metropolitan Police is offering a reward of up to $25,000 and Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman has offered a $130,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Rich’s murderers.

Burkman, a lawyer and GOP lobbyist who is funding the Profiling Project, wrote a letter to the DNC calling on them to turn over any evidence that might confirm Rich’s ties to Wikileaks.

“By way of this letter, I am formally asking that the DNC release any, and all, information to our independent investigators – including emails, internal memos and other correlating information regarding discussions of this matter – that may help them determine the connection, if any between the DNC hacking and the murder of Seth Rich,” the letter reads. “I look forward to your cooperation in our efforts to find those responsible for killing a young man with a bright future and one of your employees.”

In response, the DNC smuggly declared,

“The DNC supports law enforcement in their work to get to the bottom of this terrible tragedy and hold the perpetrators accountable. The DNC is not interested in propagating conspiracy theories about a beloved colleague.”

“We ask news organizations to respect Seth’s memory and stop highlighting publicity stunts and spreading false or debunked information,” the response added.

Well, how are we supposed to know the truth from a lie when the DNC continues to engage in criminal activity, promote some of the most barbaric and degenerate behavior and support known Islamic terrorists, but fails to provide simple information that could help in the investigation into the murder of someone they call a “beloved colleague”?

Seth Rich was gunned down in what is said to be an attempted robbery in Washington, DC last July.

Last August Wikileaks founder Julian Assange implied that Rich was the Wikileaks source for the release of tens of thousands of DNC emails that were released.  In speaking of Rich’s murder and making the suggestion, Assange said, “We have to understand how high the stakes are in the United States.”

Rod Wheeler, a former DC homicide investigator told Fox News, “My investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks.  I do believe that the answers to who murdered Seth Rich sits on his computer on a shelf at the DC police or FBI headquarters.”

“The police department nor the FBI have been forthcoming,” Wheeler told Fox 5 DC. “They haven’t been cooperating at all. I believe that the answer to solving his death lies on that computer, which I believe is either at the police department or either at the FBI. I have been told both.”

Wheeler also claims that a source inside the DC police department told him that investigators were told to stand down in Rich’s case.

“Now, that is highly unusual for a murder investigation, especially from a police department,” he said. “Again, I don’t think it comes from the chief’s office, but I do believe there is a correlation between the mayor’s office and the DNC and that is the information that will come out.”

Fox News reports:

An FBI forensic report of Rich’s computer — generated within 96 hours after Rich’s murder — showed he made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time, the federal source told Fox News.

“I have seen and read the emails between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” the federal investigator told Fox News, confirming the MacFadyen connection. He said the emails are in possession of the FBI, while the stalled case is in the hands of the Washington Police Department.

The revelation is consistent with the findings of Wheeler, whose private investigation firm was hired by a third party on behalf of Rich’s family to probe the case.

According to MacFadyen, there were 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments from Democratic National Committee leaders that were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before May 21.  The emails were dated from January 2015 to May 2016.

The DNC emails were released just 12 days after Rich was murdered, which led to then DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigning and a flood of questions being asked regarding Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s shady dealings.

It’s time someone at the DNC started to speak up!
